Enjoyed staying here. Easy digital access to room. Comfortable surroundings bed very comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom everything provided . Nice little outside area is a big plus to sit and enjoy a drink. Location is perfect 3 minute to town with cafes and restaurants. Michelle our hostess was fabulous nothing too much trouble if one needed extra. Thank you.

A small motel but well equipped. We were surprised to find we had a dishwasher and a washing machine. We liked the fact that the bedroom was seperate from the living area. We had a small deck at the front of the unit and a private patio at the back with a table and comfortable chairs. A bonus was that we were texted when the room was ready so we were able to check in a little early. Thoroughly recommend.

This stay was just right for our Taupo trip. We were comfortable and could reach all the shops and cafes easily. Easy walk to the lake.

This is an incredible place to stay. Plenty of room to relax and move around, with a separate bedroom for added space. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of bench soace and a breakfast bar. The washer / dryer was a bonus. The unit was clean with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Great location meant could walk everywhere. Will definitely stay again.

EMotel was a great accommodation that was well-equiped with everything we needed. It was updated, clean and very spacious with a separate bedroom and large bathroom. It was in a great location. Communication from the property was excellent. The washing machine in the unit works great, however, the dryer was questionable as we couldn't get our clothes to dry. We would highly recommend staying here!

We were very impressed with eMotel. First impressions from the road doesn’t do it justice. Our room was very clean and was fitted with quality furniture and furnishings. It is within walking distance to the lake and restaurants.

A great place to stay: easy to check in and out, very comfortable and great location. Had all we needed for our stay and was exactly what we needed.

We were looking forward to staying here after reading all the good reviews but we were really disappointed. Received a text from host of our room number and code I let the host know we were arriving around 7pm. When we arrived at 7.30pm there was someone else staying in our room! we had to call the host apparently we were told by those guests she had been drinking with them in what was supposed to be our room and obviously forgotten us. Really annoyed as if we had arrived after dark we could have intruded on other people sleeping! She gave us a second room which had no bathmat or hand towel, all the dishes cups etc were still in the dishwasher looked like it had been rush made up. Room itself was nice could do with a dust/clean on showerdome and skirtings though. As a housekeeper for a hotel myself I really expected better service. Not impressed.

Well equipped & convenient. Easy to book. No hassles. Could do with one or two more items in the kitchen cutlery drawer**
