La verdad que es la primera vez que venimos mi hija y yo a Salamanca, hemos venido de visita y solo podemos decir cosas muy positivas del hotel emperatriz 1 en todos los sentidos, ubicación, confort, recibimiento, y sobre todo limpieza! Volveremos seguro y recomendaremos también, muchas felicidades al equipo de limpieza de habitaciones y equipo de recepcionistas!

Nice little hotel in the center of Salamanca. Perfect location, Rooms are ok bathroom is small . The actual toilet in the bathroom is not placed in a very well position. The room I would say needs a bit of a refurb as you can see that in places it was a bit worn down. Other than that all is ok for a 3 star hotel . The staff are friendly and helpful and the location and food is good too.

El restaurante donde comimos sin estar alojados nos ofreció un menú muy correcto y variado, bien presentado y abundante. Servido por personal me atento y eficiente. Busca calidad y trato. Recomiendo. Sin duda es un lugar al que volver en otra ocasión.

Excelente calidad/precio e inmejorable atención del personal del hotel. Espacios amplios y limpios y calidad en la cama. Valoro especialmente el trato recibido. Muy amable con mi hija peque?a y con nosotros

Stayed four nights in early September 2023 during the week of celebrations for Salamanca's Patronal Feast Day. The strengths: Location, Location, Location. Just around the corner from the Plaza Mayor; a good sized room for Spain; very clean; comfortable beds; working Air Conditioner for cooling; interior room so very quiet despite late night partying outside; very good cleaning each day; twenty-four hour front desk so building felt secure; affordable price. Could Have Been Better: Bathoom was maybe the smallest we have seen in Spain; no space for anything; high walled bathtub required caution entering and exiting, no light switch in the bathroom; even with lower temperature water, bathroom steamed up extremely quickly. Breakfast; Hotel offers a desayuno buffet for six euro eighty but it lacked anything fresh (i.e. no fresh fruit, eggs etc.) coffee was awful, of the burned tires variety; frustrating because we could see the potential, the dining space was cheerful and clean and there could have been a good deal more with a bit of imagination. Tip: If you stay here, remember you are in Salamanca, in our opinion one of the Culinary Capitals of Spain. Give the hotel breakfast a go so you can see if they improved it since our experience, but don't keep eating there if they haven't. Just a few hundred meters away is Caledonia Coffee, where you can get an outstanding breakfast for admittedly more than six euros eights, but with such well prepared fare and delivered with such friendly service that you will start your whole day off on a better foot.

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, todo está cerquisima La habitación es amplia y limpia, Lo único los ba?os que tienen ba?era en lugar de plato de ducha, necesitan una reforma. El personal de recepción muy amable.

· Sitio tranquilo y bien ubicado, muy céntrico, cerca de la plaza mayor, y de muchos sitios para comer y visitar No me gustó que se le ve envejecido. No hay grandes conforts, aunque no se puede decir que esté mal, necesitaría un lavado más en profundidad.

Pasamos 1 noche de viernes y pedimos habitación interior para dormir tranquilamente, ya que está en el centro de Salamanca. La habitación preciosa pero el ba?o muy muy peque?o y con necesidad de reforma. A destacar la simpatía y buena atención del recepcionista.
