Concerning the shower, it was indeed functional—the lower part was operating normally—however, the upper shower head was not working, and we sincerely apologize that this affected your experience.In terms of towels, a specific number is provided daily as part of our standard room service. As for the noise in the surrounding area, we would like to highlight that our property is located in the centre of Athens, where naturally there is more activity and city life.
