You first came to our hotel, told us you would pay directly, asked for a price, and viewed the room. Then you booked the same room online after seeing it was 80 TL (2 USD) cheaper. Since everything was perfect until check-out, we cannot understand why you felt this review was justified afterward. When checking out, you told our reception staff—who asked how your stay had been—that everything was fine, so we are truly unable to understand this comment.
