The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, except for the girl who works on the sun loungers. The food for breakfast could be more varied, the downside is that you can't use the sun loungers in the front rows and if you are in their hotel, you have to pay €20 for those who want them.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the facilities themselves were acceptable, I was deeply disturbed by the behavior of the owners toward the staff—particularly the African workers. I witnessed them being yelled at harshly, even in front of guests, and in several instances, they were spoken to with ****** and degrading language. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable in any environment, especially in hospitality where respect and professionalism should be at the core. As a guest, it made me feel extremely uncomfortable and saddened to see such discrimination take place openly. I hope the management reflects seriously on their actions and treats their staff—regardless of background—with the dignity and fairness they deserve. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to others.

Commento unicamente il ristorante della spiaggia in cui sono stato un paio di volte. La location è carina. Una bella terrazza che affaccia su una spiaggia di ciottoli. Si può usufruire gratuitamente (almeno ora a fine settembre) delle attrezzature della spiaggia se si consuma qualcosa al bar o ristorante. Il cibo è di qualità medio buona. Le porzioni sono enormi. La cortesia dei giovani camerieri e di chi viene a prendere la comanda è ottima. I prezzi sono buoni e diventano ottimi se si considera che si mangia su una bella terrazza affacciata sul mare.

We arrived at 0130 on the night towards Sunday. There was a lot of staff present and they helped most of the guests with their luggage from the transferbus, because it was raining and slippery. The stay of 7 days has flown by - the hotel is super nice: it is one of the cleanest hotels I have encountered. On top of that the staff is really going out of their way to accomodate you. I was very pleasantly surpised. THe staff of Epirus make the stay so much better, in my humble opinion. The receptionists are very informed on what is happening in Sarand?. I would have given 6 stars for this hotel . But especially the staff bring a certain , very postive vibe to the establishement. Thank you Epirus Hotel for having us - we will try to return in September.

Hotel non centrale a Saranda.Colazione scarsa e cena a livello di mensa aziendale.Camera senza armadiatura,tubi non collegati che spuntavano in bagno e tenda oscurante che copriva solo mezza finestra. Quinto piano con arrivo dell’ ascensore solo al quarto e pulizia scarsissima. Da non consigliare.

Ho letto recensioni davvero di poco gusto. Se vi aspettate un 5 stelle, andate e pagate un 5 stelle. Ma per cosa le date le 5 stelle? Personalmente, io le do alla sensazione ed al bel ricordo che mi porterò. Persone MERAVIGLIOSE! Camere sempre pulite, cibo davvero ottimo (hanno una splendida terrazzona con vista mare per pranzi e cene) con porzioni abbondati, pesce di qualità e prezzi super onesti. Anche il barman sa il fatto suo! Tutto lo staff è gentile, disponibile e soddisfa ogni richiesta. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Spiaggia privata tranquilla e sicura. Zona bar davvero carina. Concludo sottolineando ancora quanto siano superficiali i commenti negativi alla struttura per leggere pecche. La differenza qui, la fanno le persone. Grazie Epirius Hotel, quando torneremo a Saranda, torneremo da voi. Grazie Meti????

This hotel stay in a group Wanna be hotel....First they have only five rooms with sea view the others have the ugliest view in saranda...for example one of the rooms where we was it is not a room it was a old shop and they sell like a room....the walls are from Knauf and you know for your neighboors everything, you can not sleep at night you are 100 cm from the street and it is hot ... and the best lie is it for the Beach Hotel...you have 2954 stairs to the beach and there is a 3000 people on small space ...Not good for the money hotel the food is ordinary and the staff counts 5 people with the Chef and Reception girl....

Nice hotel, luxury room not significantly different to normal rooms for the ￡50 price difference.nice rooom with lots of hot water. Very clean and staff attentive , helpful and polite.weather good. Downside; lots of maintenance work going on at the hotel and a marina being built taking next 2 to 3 years. Very noisy and works leaking mud into the otherwise crystal clear water of the bay. Virtually none of the food on the menu is available. Out of only 4 desserts they had none left! No one knew how to make any of the cocktails on the bar menu. They had to google the recipe. If the bosses attend to these details it will be a great place to come.5 hour drive from Tirana airport can be replaced by flight to Corfu and brief cheap ferry to Seranda.

personale disponibile, camere pulite e spaziose, vista mare e su Corfù (terzo piano) ottima. Peccato che non vengano sostituiti shampoo e sapone una volta finiti, bisogna chiederli di continuo alla reception! Fastidiosa la musica dagli hotel vicini, e anche dal bar del ristorante. Spiaggia non troppo pulita...lettini appiccicati l'uno all'altro. Buono il ristorante.

H?tel bien placé, restaurant très bon et personnel adéquat, un merci particulier à Orgel Shahinaj et Klea qui sont au-dessus du lot en terme d'orientation client. Les chambres sont propres, sans plus. Nous qualifierions cet h?tel de 3 étoiles. L'avantage est qu'il est familial et surtout moins bruyant que la majorité où la musique et la fiesta sont le mot d'ordre. Nous avons trouvé de délicieux restaurants dans le quartier, aux prix corrects surtout comparés au rapport qualité/prix du centre de Saranda. Nous déconseillons les chambres c?té mer au 1er et 2ème étage, vous aurez une vue bouchée.
