Unhygienic rooms as per the star category it should be 2 star property. No hand towel , face towel and bathmat inside room.

They need a lot of paint work a lot of cleanness new towels or maybe deep cleaning of showers and definitely new staff they are so under staff nothing was on the point

First the numbers that they had provided no body is answering that calls that totally unprofessionalism. While walk in checked the rate with reception staff they are telling higher prices then online.
