Staff were very friendly, empathic and helpful, the hotel was clean and it was warm. (im an Aussie that stayed after a very hot summer in Australia lol). I enjoyed the complementary biscoff bickies that went with the tea and coffee. The Wifi was good and free.

Have stayed here a few times now while visiting family in barrow, great communication from the manager for a contactless check in. Lovely clean rooms, great walk in shower, large tv in room, USB charging points, great parking and close to everything you need. Worth mentioning I last stayed on a Friday night and wasn't disturbed by the noise of a Friday night in barrow!

Parking was minimal, staff lovely, pillows crap, shower great. No breakfast facilities and no lift, with some v steel steps

Overall this property is excellent. Mattress for me a alittle soft but got used to it after a couple of days. Staff are excellent,helpful and cant do enough to be of service. Although they dont do breakfast as a option there's a excellent food wagon on their rear car park that does excellent breakfast and lunch options. Will definitely stay again in the near future

This is a great little hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Ideal for access to the shipyard, free parking and close to local restaurants and supermarkets. Recommended.

Very quiet and comfortable hotel. Nice and clean and maintained to a high standard. The staff were very polite and professional with good knowledge of the local area. I would recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
