Loved everything about the hotel, except that the apartment was very cold. They did try to fix it to no avail.
We had to use the bedding to cover us up whilst sat on the sofa.
The breakfast was really nice and the staff second to none.
We were attending a wedding nearby and they ordered us a taxi
We would definitely stay again but maybe nit in the apartment unless the heating was fixed for the colder months.

The room was very well kept, organised and tidy. The lady who's name I don’t really know was wonderful, attentive and gave a 5 star qulaity service.

The hotel building is quite old and had lots of character - Rooms were nice and bed comfortable. The food is excellent (evening meal and cooked breakfast) and the service is friendly and helpful.

Our room was quite tired and pretty dirty - there were hairs and dust where there shouldn't be. The room was also very warm, and I had to repeatedly ask for a fan. Also, no one answered my calls when I rang reception about this three times. The best bit about the 2 night stay was the friendliness of the breakfast staff.

Lovely stay close to town
We stayed here for one night to attend a concert, bargain price for what was offered. Easy 20 mins into Newcastle town centre, super friendly staff, comfy bed, one of the best showers I've had in a hotel and fantastic breakfast! Thank you for a lovely stay.
