We had reservations for 7 rooms and the staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service. We enjoyed the hotel and their hospitality.

Hotel staff was great. After being on the road for days, we were looking forward to relaxing in our private hot tub. However, upon arrival it was not turned on and was very cold. We called the front desk, they immediately came up and turned it on, advised 30 min approx to warm up. It took several hours. We figured the next day would be good to go, however, housekeeping turned it off, so another evening with no warm hot tub. The next 2 days we left a polite note to please leave hot tub on so we could enjoy it in the evenings. Once we resolved that issue we were good to go. Breakfast was right next door but we were up and gone touring every day before yet opened so cannot vouch for breakfast. We definitely wood recommend this hotel, but if you’re expecting a warm hot tub, make sure to notify them in advance!

The breakfast was the only positive. Hotel had zero amenities and terrible A/C. We had to leave and get a new hotel.

Matkapla delik deldiler, hilti ve ?eki? ile duvarlar k?rd?lar. Rahats?z oldu?umuzu, uyuyamad???m?z? s?yledi?imizde, yapacak bir ?ey yok dediler. Otel müdürü ile g?r?mek istedi?imde, müdür burada de?il, g?rü?emezsiniz dediler.? 308 no lu odada kald?k. Alt kattaki restauranttan gelen a??r yemek kokular?ndan dolay?, odan?n penceresini a?amad?k. Kahvalt? sabah 11:00 e kadar olmas?na ra?men, 10:45 de kahvalt? bitti dediler. Daha 15 dakika var dedikten sonra, k?tü bir davran?? ?ekli ile, bizi otel d???ndaki bir cafeye g?türüp, burada kahvalt? yapacaks?n?z dedller. Sonradan ??rendi?imize g?re, otelde kahvalt? ??km?yormu?, kahvalt?y? 100 mt. Uzaktaki bu cafede veriyorlarm??. Otelden check out yaparken de, kaba davran??lar?na devam ettiler.

スタッフの方がとても亲切で惊きました！朝早く出ないといけない时軽食をわざわざ用意してくださいました。その他の日の朝食もすごくおしゃれでお部屋も绮丽で大満足です！ただドライヤーが故障気味だったのと、シャワールームの水が部屋に漏れてくることが気になりました。総合评価では◎です！
