Great location. Comfortable, clean room with terrace with a view of the town and port. Walking distance into town and port area. Close to bus stop to explore the island.

Locatie was zeer goed. De hygiene kon wat beter. Er hing nog een handoek op balkon en chips restjes op de grond. De wasbak liep niet goed door . Zeer aardige beheerder. Wij kregen zeer goede tips. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Etherion op Syros

After a bad experience in an Airbnb, we were desperate to find another accommodation. George, the host of Hotel Ethrion, booked us in after a brief conversation. He could not be more helpful, showing us places to visit and restaurants, even gave us a history of the island of Syros. Room was very comfortable, views across the harbour from the balcony. Room clean and very comfortable bed. Highly recommended for a long stay, we were there for 4days. Finally, as the hotel has a very short walk from where taxis can drop you off, George loaded our cases on his scooter to take them to the port to catch our ferry. A final kind gesture from an excellent host who did everything to make our stay welcome. We will be back here when next in Syros.

We spent 4 days in Syros in June at the Ethrion Hotel. George, the owner was waiting for us and made sure every day that we had the best of the island for our holiday. Excursions, beautiful beaches, gourmet restaurants, seesight visits. He even gave us a history lesson on the Syros. He was like a father to us during those unforgettable days. He is an excellent host. The hotel is new, very clean, with a beautiful view of Syros port. Our room was really quiet, cosy and very comfortable right at the heart of the Syros port. We will recommend this hotel to our friends in Quebec. We are already planning to travel back to Syros next year and stay again at Ethrion!

Excellent location with Amazing views of the city and port from our balcony. The owner, Mr. George, was very helpful with guiding us on where to go and what to see. Even though breakfast wasn't included with our room he offered us drinks and Greek coffee in the morning where we had a chance to sit with him and chat for a bit. Rooms may he a little small but are very clean and have amazing views.

This summer, my family and I had chosen Syros island to spend our vacation in.. which is an exotic incredible little island where people are really kind and are always helpful. After the research done, I had chosen Ethrion Hotel to spend our nine days stay . Honestly, the owner Georges is a nice man who helped us in some issues as well his son Dimitri and the lady Heleni who helps them. But some remarks must be given and taken into consideration: The studios we stayed in are not related to the Hotel since they have separate entrance doors and some photos given while booking aren't typical to the reality specially when it comes to the bathrooms that highly need renovation ( specially the old plumbing fixtures) and need to be insecticide because they are full of ants. During the first couple of days of our stay at the hotel, the house keeping wasn't bad but after that it became awful no change of towels no beds arrangements. However our stay wasn't that bad and was acceptable and calm . Thank you,

Dear Miss Ghadaf thank you for your time, we are happy to know you had an acceptabe and calm stay in our hotel, you were a big famiy of seven persons and you reserved both the studios on the ground floor which are clearly written in the description that they have an indepentend entrance on the other side of the same buiding , given that the building has three fascades and al fotos show the rooms , the entance and the bathrooms as exactly are the pink and the blue tiles, the shower cabins. Regarding the cleaning service you asked us not to enter in the studio as long you are inside and your old mother was in the room until 17,00 most of the days, unfortunately after that hour the cleaning lady stops working. We clean rooms everyday and we change towels daily if are left on the floor. Anyway we could have found a way to resolve it if you had informed us about them given that you met us eveyday. Nice and friendly hotel Very nice and friendly hotel in a quiet part of the town. Close to restaurants, shopping and the ferry. The owner was helpful and friendly. A hotel we will come back to next time we visit Syros.

We always stay here with George when we come to Syros. It feels like coming home. Spacious, spotless, very comfortable rooms with views and balconies. Lovely outside area. George really goes out of his way to make you feel at home and is always willing to help with anything.
