New hotel run by a Swiss resident is managed professionally. Clean. Good service. Attentive. Food prepared by a professional chef breakfast is fantastic - asWestern or Eastern. You won't find a better hotel.

Lovely newly built property just outside Negombo. Staff very helpful and polite and the rooms fully equipped and very clean as were the bathrooms and rooms cleaned daily and new towels etc given. It has a restaurant with a good menu including a pizza oven for fresh pizza and the food is well presented and cooked with large portion sizes definitely value for money. There is a huge pool in the grounds and then the lagoon where you can enjoy a lagoon boat ride. The beach is a 5 minute walk down the lane. We really enjoyed our stay at even beach and would definitely recommend the cost was really reasonable and included a huge breakfast we stayed for 3 nights

Das Hotel war sehr sch?n und das Personal war immer Hilfsbereit. Das Essen war sehr gut und sehr sch?n zubereitet. Das Hotel war auch sehr nah am Strand, sodass wir immer ein sch?nes Erlebnis hatten. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und Modern. Der Pool war immer sehr sauber und das Wasser war sehr Klar. Die Rundreise war sehr sch?n, weil wir sehr spannende und interessante Erlebnisse hatten, auch mit den Hotels. Der Ausflug zum Nationalpark war ein sehr Lehrreiches und auch ein einmaliges Erlebnis im Leben.
