We had an amazing time at this apartment, it was well within walking distance to the ***** of bars, restaurants and night clubs etc. but also not too close to hear the noise of loud music. Was very peaceful and absolutely loved their back garden part right in front of the sea. It was very enjoyable and relaxing and would definitely come back again. The only thing I would say is that the air con gave me a very sore throat/ swollen glands. Other than that it’s been fab. Owners of the apartments are lovely too.

Just returned from a wonderful holiday in Corfu. The family who run this place were very friendly. I always find this with Greek people. The studios are in an amazing location, literally right by the sea. There is a nice grassy garden with sunbeds and parasols on request. Just walk through the gate and your beside the sea. No sand but there are steps you can walk down. The water is very shallow for the first 100 yards or so, so makes it great for families with young children and paddlers. My only complaint was that the rooms are extremely old fashioned with very basic facilities (see pictures), If you remember Butlins camps from the 60's, it's like that. It's virtually impossible to cook anything as there is no oven and no microwave, and only a tiny plug-in hob. If the rooms were modernised then I would have given it 5 stars. Rooms have air conditioning which was essential as it was very hot outside - €5 per day which you pay at the end of your stay. Please be advised that the rooms are advertised with SEA VIEW but none of them are. The rooms share a common balcony that does look over the sea and it was lovely. There is no food available but there is a lovely little beach bar next door with very reasonable prices. Coffee €2, Large Beer €4.50. The nearest food outlet is a 5-6 minute walk to the main *****. It's a very peaceful location, none of the noise from noisy Kavos. If you like cats, then you will be happy here as there are lots of them living nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back. A tip if you want to do something different while on holiday, is to hire a boat for the day like we did. Biscoutsis Boats on Kavos beach. €140 for the day and no licence needed. Can hold upto 5 people. Self drive. It was absolutely brilliant and the boat is pretty fast. We popped over to the Blue Lagoon then toured the coast around south Corfu.
