Excellent location! Walking distace to main avenues and transportation points.
The staff was very friendly and helpfull at all times.
the room was spacious, with individual unit (heater/AC)
Some rooms have jacuzzi, you need to request it at moment of reserving a room.
The hotel offers buffet breackfast(for extra charge)
All and all, good value gor money
I will stay there again here when visiting CDMX again .

Room is big and service is nice, only the breakfast is not good enough, suggest to change to buffet and more option for breakfast.

The location is decent if you don’t mind walking. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly except for the long haired lady.

Muy Bien Lugar para quedarse. No se oie mucho El ruido de afuera, esta Todo muy comodo y las personas de recepcion son muy amables. Solo de repente se oien las puertas o regadera de Los otros cuartos

La cama y almohadas muy comodas, el lugar está bien mantenido y limpio pero es viejo. El desayuno es bastante regular y el acceso a los ascensores no es con rampa, tienes que cargar tu maleta.

Overall the hotel was good.
The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me.
Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City)
My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault.

酒店地理位置很好，距离机场打车30分钟。早餐也很丰盛，可以点餐。房间很大，有空调，晚上稍微有点吵，距离酒吧街太紧了。
