The hotel was nice but the staff at the reception were a bit unfriendly. Our room was not ready by the 3pm check in time, so we waited in the lobby (we were the only people waiting for the room). We waited for about 25min and were not notified that the room is ready until we followed up again (I think it was clear that we were not just sitting around but waiting to check in after travelling since 3am). A bit more communication would be appreciated.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, with a supermarket nearby. Although it is not located in the city centre, there is a metro station and a train station within walking distance, which makes it convenient. The main disappointment was that there was no coffee in the room, and the tea bags were not replenished.

有个小阳台，坐有阳台上看日出挺不错。遗憾的是对面是消防队，每天出警响铃影响睡眠。早餐不错，隔音比较差。

环境好，位置很方便，出门就是地铁，前台服务态度好，告诉我们景点路线，我们按路线一直走看到了最好的风景。早餐质量很好，比较精致，比我们在当地其他酒店吃的好。
