Reasonable prices room within easy reach (15 min drive) of Exeter. Full English Breakfast at 8.30 was great, as was the service.

Superb value. Under ￡50 for a basic but lovely clean, warm and comfortable double room with parking directly outside, topped off with a superb breakfast. If we’re ever in the area we will definitely stay again. Thank you so much.

The hotel has very friendly staff. The room was clean. It wasn’t warm at the beginning but they fix it straight away once I contacted the reception. The breakfast is good as well. Will book again in the future.

The hotel room was a basic and small twin, as we expected from our booking. We appreciated that it was clean with adequate heating and has ample free parking. The reception staff was patient in answering our queries. Wifi was strong enough for my Zoom meeting.

We found our stay at this hotel very convenient. It was just off the M5 motorway and it was like a separate apartment where we could park right outside our hotel room which was all ground level., The room was clean and tidy had a TV and comfortable beds with extra pillows and the heating.,
They had extra toilets in the foyer and the breakfast included was really top-notch for the price.
