Ottimo Hotel proprio fuori l uscita dell autostrada a 5 minuti dal centro. Camere spaziose, pulite e super comode. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo

Very minimalist hotel. I booked a standard room for 3 nights but I was shocked to see that the bathroom does not come with dental or hygiene kit, no toilet brush, the room does not come with an iron for ironing clothes - I was given the worse vertical steamer which was painful to use. There is no tea/coffee in the room, no complimentary water; no safe to keep valuable items. Also, the hotel wifi looses signal half the time. Also, the breakfast trays are not refilled immediately, certain food trays are empty by 9:30am and it would take 15 minutes to be refilled.
On the good side, the hotel is very clean. The rooms and beddings are sparkling clean.

这个酒店点赞。地理位置很好，旁边就是麦当劳和超市，也有个很大的停车场，早餐也不错，前台很热情，价格也不错，是个性价比很高的酒店。下次到卢卡附近了，还愿意住这个酒店。

Hotel w dogodnej dla nas lokalizacji - blisko autostrady, niedaleko od centrum miasta (20 min. spacerem). Wygodny, du?y parking nale??cy do hotelu (wjazd ze szlabanem). Okna pokoi wychodz? albo na McDonalds i autostrad?, albo parking supermarketu (zdecydowanie lepiej by?o nam po stronie supermarketu). Niestety byli?my zmuszeni zmieni? pokój z uwagi na czarn? ple?ń przy oknie oraz grzyb na ?cianie - obs?uga hotelu by?o bardzo pomocna i mimo pe?nego ob?o?enia zaproponowa?a nam inny pokój. Reszta pobytu przebieg?a ju? spokojnie. Tak jak w wi?kszo?ci hoteli we W?oszech, w pokoju nie by?o zestawu do parzenia kawy/ herbaty ani butelkowanej wody czy szklanek.

nice and kind reception, tried to listen what I wanted , and breakfast was also ok, the hotel is in walking distance to famous Lucca fortress .. and just beside there’s mid sized supermarket and bit further distance there’s big esselunga so you can choose whichever you want to go or buy … I enjoyed the stay and might come back to stay in Lucca
