很好，早饭好吃，出门能看到雪山，酒店隔壁就有个小停车场，离机场也很近。

Was extremely disappointed that the wifi in the room wasn’t working at all. This is very bad considering that this is supposed to be a business hotel. Furthermore, no attempt at compensation was offered at all, even though i paid for the wifi which was advertised. Staff also did not bother to update on the status after checking and I had to call the reception again to check on the update of the wifi. That said, the room was adequate and all the staff were still nice (by Bulgarian standards).

酒店位置离机场很近很好，附近有大型商城。

While the hotel itself is good, and the rooms are comfortable, the service needs significant improvements. The hotel staff is argumentative and rude, and that affects one’s experience.

位置方便，过马路就有类似麦德龙超市，以及带有咖啡厅，餐厅的写字楼，楼下还有雷克萨斯的4s店，至於酒店内部，一楼也有附属餐厅，啤酒跟牛排都符合其价位，服务态度也优雅合宜，房间的装修属於暗色调，类似低调奢华风，面积适中，清洁衞生，床单被褥软硬适中，可惜走道有些狭窄，透明电梯也是偏小

酒店很新，服务也很好，没啥毛病～ 唯一缺点就是早餐吧，种类很多，但是甜的能甜死，咸的能咸死～
