Amazing birthday ever
The golden room wonderful luxury experience

Good location, however in the faucet everytime you switch to hot or cold water something yellow spits out every couple seconds. There was a mini bar and we did not touch it yet still got charged for a peach water which I did not use and when I phoned once I got the bill they told me that because it was in my room I was charged regardless if it was touched by us or not. My partner and I did not drink anything from there and no one was in our room. Otherwise good location for going out in the downtown and very comfortable beds

Nice old fashioned hotel. Make sure you add breakfast as prices in restaraunt is too much

非常满意的一次入住酒店，早餐丰富营养，房间打扫乾净，服务周到，楼层的过道有随时可以取走的拖鞋，方便泡温泉蒸桑拿

本来就是想和住在加拿大的朋友渡过一晚girl night我们很迟check-in大概九点几10点几才开始住，不知道是不是这里很慢很多电器都用不到例如Bluetooth 的喇叭用不到,之後突然间不知道是不是电掣撞了电又停电了!?我们很害怕便走到Lobby转房他们也非常之友善提供转了一间房但是我不知道道这间房是不是我原本订的因为我已经加了钱换一间大一点的房，?不过因为他们的友善令我感觉这间酒店虽然有啲旧，但是我很喜欢他们的装修也不介意再换房换房後感觉非常良好我们也很enjoy.
?早餐也非常丰富及好味，这间酒店有点旧，但是服务10分好，就是差了一点点的完美.

费尔蒙 Palliser 是卡尔加里市中心历史最悠久的经典酒店之一，位置非常好，步行即可到市政厅、核心商圈和多家餐厅，出行便利。酒店外观与大堂都带着浓厚的老式贵族气息，公共区域维护得不错，有传统费尔蒙的庄重感。
房间整体乾净，但设施确实偏旧，部分房型的家俱、地毯和浴室设备都有年代感，插座也不算多。床品舒适度很好，隔音一般，但还能接受。如果习惯现代感强、风格新颖的客人，可能会觉得房间稍显老派。
服务方面，前台和礼宾团队都很专业友好，办理入住效率不错。早餐品质中等偏上，选项不多但味道好。健身房和泳池也能满足基础需求。
总体来説，Palliser 的优势在於位置、历史氛围和服务，但房间设施明显老旧，更适合喜欢传统酒店风格或对地理位置要求很高的住客。

Exceptional service and a beautiful hotel as expected. The room was large, beds extremely comfortable and I would stay again.

room is really small. there were weddings on the first floor so it was pretty loud and overwhelming

一家充斥英伦风的古老酒店，妥妥的老钱风，值得推荐。不过注意房型，选择符合自己的房型很重要。不过，停车非常不方便
