absolutely horrendous stay and the staff were super rude and unhelpful. they didn’t inform guests of their air con policies (only open from 7PM-7AM) before booking or when checking in and they repeatedly turned off the AC even during those hours. their customer service was actually horrible and the rooms were really run down and dirty. you also can’t turn on the lights in the common corridor where the toilets are so you have to do your business in the dark. would never stay here again & highly encourage you to avoid this hotel! there are way better options in the city
