My 3rd time staying at this hotel. Best attribute is its location, veey central to things in Monterrey. Maids regularly come and clean the room everyday faithful. That being said its a older hotel thats in need of remodeling of all its facilities. Staff is friendly and accommodating of your request as best as possible per hotel policy. Security is very good around the hotel. Large bus station across from hotel so again a good location and rail system.
If i had one complaint it is that i request the in room safe to be repaired or move me to another room. That never happened on my stay this past time.

Todo estuvo muy bien, trato excelente del personal, en recepción, los bell boy, la limpieza, todo muy , execelente felicidades

El hotel muy bien agusto pero la zona no me gustó pero si solo es para llegar a dormir llegas al hotel en coche y después te vas temprano así si está bien

Las políticas no son del todo buenas ni flexibles ... Encontré chinches secas en la cama y no pudieron brindarme media estancia por una hora mas de tiempo para mi salida.
Diría que es bueno en general.

No me gustó el trato de la recepcionista al salir, le pedí factura y pregunté por una devolucion confirmada. No sentí que le reclamé. Se puso en ofensiva. Deberían capacitar más a las recepcionista

No hay estacionamiento interior y cuentan con pocos lugares, está en remodelación y a partir de las 9am empieza el ruido.
El personal muy amable, la habitación super cómoda, la comida medio insípida.
Cuando terminen de remodelar creo que quedara muy bien.

No me gustó que no me facturaron mi estancia aún y que pedí la factura en tiempo y forma y me generó un problema en mi trabajo al no poder comprobar mi hospedaje en Monterrey. Tuve que pagarlo de mi bolsa!

Cuarto cómodo y limpio pero sin smart TV que es un problema si llevas ni?os. Personal muy atento. El "desayuno" incluido no me gustó. Te sirven en un salón con mesas plegables y sucias y no hay más que café, jugo agua. Galletas, yogurt, gelatina y de una solo fruta picada. En general si vas de pasada y deseas algo cerca de la central está bien.
