Super clean, modern and spacious. Definately been re furbished recently. Excellent location 5 minute walk into Bowness. Darren & Micheala were very welcoming and accomodating. Nothing too much trouble! Will definitely returning for future stays. Thank you we enjoyed our stay :)

This guest house is in great location, 5 minutes walk from the centre of bowness and the lake side. Its situated on a residential road. Michaela was very friendly and helpful. Gave great advice on places to eat and thngs to see in the area. The room was spotlessly clean. The shower had great water pressure. We was in room 4 the view was lovely over the lake, town. WiFi was very good here. Would definitely stay again.

Great little guest house. Clean and cosy, newly decorated ensuite room in a great location for Bowness on Windermere. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants and pubs. We would definitely stay here again as it was perfect for our weekend away.

Stayed here for two nights, had a lovely room with small on suite,it was spotless. Lake and and shops etc about ten minutes away but if you're not a great walker beware because it's quite a steep walk back up to the guest house. Lovely stay.

Great place to stay. 5 min walk to windermere. Hill is quite steep so if you aren't a good walker, not an easy journey in and out of town. Very clean and comfortable. Pet free which is great as we are allergic to pets. Nice host.
