Great location, enjoyed the quiet, nature, scenery, a place to relax. Also close enough to town for an outing. Dog friendly.

We loved our three day break at Field & Stream. Beautiful setting, lovely roads & trails to run & cycle along. either our trout fishing skills are lacking or stock is low haha. fresh mountain air, silence and no internet provided the perfect setting to enjoy our weekend of relaxing, chatting, braaiing. DSTV was connected for us to enjoy the rugby which was fabulous. thanks for sharing your beautiful space xx

My wife and I stayed at Field & Stream recently and had the most fantastic time! I love that our dogs were fully welcomed and that there is so much space for them (and us) to walk and play. We stayed in Cormorant Cove and the unit was perfect for two couples and their dogs. We can't wait to go back!

Fantasic place, beautiful farm, friendly owners and staff, clean and tidy, everything you need and more. My dogs had the best time ever running and exploring. Would recommend anybody to visit Field and Stream. Perfect pet friendly getaway. They will see us again

Perfect location surrounded by rocky hills and lakeside vista. Greg, Gavin and Theo are great hosts. Birdlife is fantastic

It was very good, but the fishing was bad. Two bites between 3 fishermen for 12 hours at the water. Many flies, but no luck. Not even the manager's advice added any luck. That wasn't very disappointing because it was the main reason we came to stay for the weekend.

we had a wonderful stay! the setting is always fantastic and we were impressed with the dishwasher! The bedding needs a little attention - the blankets are old and were not clean, but all-in all, it was good!

We had an absolutely lovely time at Field and Stream. It was excellent. There were only three of us friends traveling to meet up with friends headed to Kruger NP. The accommodations were great and the waterfalls were beautiful. If you are looking for some quiet in a beautiful spot, Field and Stream is an excellent option!

A lovely long weekend away with the dogs. Spacious and well equipped cabins with lots of firewood. Garden for the dogs was tiny though - Cormorant Cove. Wonderful walks. A map would have been useful though. Road to get there was beyond terrible and thank goodness it didn't rain. Made it in a standard to low clearance vehicle, but would not recommend. Overall a good spot for a weekend away from it all.
