Location of building is excellent, breakfast delivered to room daily to enjoy on the balcony overlooking the sea. Staff are all really helpful and welcoming, special mention to Dora who arranged for a hire car at short notice and helped with whatever we needed - Absolutely loved staying at the apartments, which are clean and functional. Location is a 10 min walkway from the ***** of Planos and about 20 from the centre of Tsilivi. So much choice for bars and restaurants but there is also a few eateries closer to the hotel. 10/10 for views, value and staff - cant wait to return in May 26
Another fantastic holiday at Filoxenia Beach Apartments. The location of these apartments is truly perfect, right on the beach. The apartments are clean and modern with a team of staff and owners who can’t do enough to ensure you are made to feel welcome and your holiday is memorable. I have stayed at these apartments many times over the years and they never disappoint. I would highly recommend.
Dora is the perfect host – kind, always ready to help, and constantly present. But that’s not all. In this apartment, you practically have the sea with you at all times. The sunbeds aren’t on the sand, but just 5 meters away you’ll find a sandy beach you can easily access. Filoxenia Bar is perfect. The staff are always smiling and eager to meet your every desire. You can enjoy a drink right by the sea. The top-floor apartment is absolutely stunning, equipped with everything you need: kitchen, air conditioning, iron, hairdryer. Rich breakfast and daily cleaning service. This is, without a doubt, the best accommodation choice in Zakynthos.
This was our 9th visit and as always there was a warm welcome if we could give it 10 stars we would. The location is excellent right on the beach, and all the rooms have sea views, they are well equipped with all you need from hair dryer and iron to a nice compact kitchen. Sunbeds are free and towels are supplied and situated next to a lovely bar for drinks and snacks, and lovely to have few cool drinks in the evening watching the sunset
A beautiful family run hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms have the loveliest seaview and the breakfast is amazing (and huge!) Free sunbeds are available (if you’re quick) and they’re very comfortable. Lovely beach club near by and lots of great restaurants and bars very close. We would definitely come back
We walked past this hotel last year during our stay in tsvlli and were drawn to it. We have just returned from the most beautiful stay here. It was everything we expected and more. We had a lovely clean room with an amazing sea view. All the staff were extremely helpful and so friendly! The drinks at the bar were reasonably price and delicious. It has free sun beds and towels for guests to use and the room was very well equipped with a hairdryer, ironing board, coffee machine and more! Honestly couldn’t recommended this hotel enough and we will definitely be back!
As long as you only want to be in the most picturesque location and stay at an excellent location then the Filoxenia Beach Apartments ticks all the boxes. Backed up by a very friendly family run accommodation, there is no where better to be and that is why we have been coming back over the last 10 years and have already booked the 11th for 2026. I wake up every morning to see the sunrise from my room. Always a big thanks to all that work hard to keep the high standard of customer experience making the holidays memorable every year. Perfect location, modern, clean and ran by a lovely family who can’t do enough to ensure your stay is enjoyable. We will return to Filoxenia Beach Apartments in September and have already booked again for next year. The owners and the whole team at Filoxenia are great and their professionalism ensures your first stay won’t be your last.
Het is een kleinschalig complex op een top locatie, direct aan zee en op zo’n 10-15 minuten lopen van de straat met veel restaurants. Dichterbij zitten overigens ook restaurants en bars. De kamer was heel ruim, twee kamers en een badkamer. Het uitzicht op de twee balkons was super! De bedden lagen prima en de airco’s werkten goed. Het keukenblokje en de kasten zijn wat ouder en ogen daardoor ook wat viezig. De vloer en badkamer zijn nieuwer. Ontbijt was prima, je krijgt een plankje met o.a. crossiants, toast, eieren, kaas en jam, nutella, pannenkoekjes en verse jus. Wel jammer dat dit elke dag hetzelfde is, met kleine dingen zijn al wat variatie aan te brengen bijvoorbeeld gekookt ipv gebakken ei. Verder jammer dat het pas vanaf 09:00 is, daardoor hebben wij ivm excursies een paar keer niet kunnen ontbijten. Voor het hotel staan een paar bedjes, die elke dag (avond/ochtend) worden gereserveerd. Helaas doet het hotel daar niets aan. Naast het hotel is een klein strandje met wat ligbedden die openbaar toegankelijk zijn. Verder zijn het overal hotels met eigen stranden en een ander openbaar strand dat een stuk lopen is.
Vandaag teruggekomen vanuit Zakyntos, we zaten in filoxenia beach...wat hebben we het goed gehad daar, het ontvangst was super en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd. Elke ochtend een super ontbijt( genoeg keus), elke dag werd je bed opgemaakt en ook elke dag schone handdoeken, ook handdoeken voor de zonnebedden lagen er elke dag weer,de bediening bij de beachbar was ook top, aardige mensen die er werken, en niks is teveel voor ze ....om de hoek genoeg restaurants om te eten.
