This hotel is a true hidden gem. They don’t have much social media hence the old photos. It is so close to everything. Great value for money. Rooms were large and very clean. The decor is very old style florentine but it was great. Highly recommend.

This is a stylish and well located place for a good price. Our trip, in April 2024, was a happy one, with a three night stay. Some issues with cleanliness and water pressure, but some great decor and a location to die for, right next to San Lorenzo and the Ruccelai-Medici palace, both of which are excellent visits.

Ottima location in centro, ottima pulizia e gestori molto gentili. Unica pecca manca l'ascensore e si trova al secondo piano ma si può fare! La belle sorpresa sono gli arredi e i mobili d'epoca che ti fanno sentire accolto da una vera famiglia fiorentina. Come back to the ancient Florence history

No es un hotel es una pensión, situada en un sitio súper céntrico, Justo al lado de donde vivían los Medici en el renacimiento, rodeada de palacios, Estaba limpio, decorado de forma clásica, muy acorde con Florencia, PERO NO ES UN HOTEL DE LUJO!!!! Recepción está abierta hasta medio día más o menos, pero tú entras y sales con tu llave cuando quieres. Para nada tiene olor a viejo como suele pasar en estos alojamientos antiguos. Estaba muy limpio y todas las habitaciones dan a patios interiores por lo que son muy tranquilas. Tienes café o té gratis ilimitado en la entrada y muchos libros sobre Florencia que puedes leer. Algo importante es que este tipo de construcciones no tiene ascensor y es un segundo piso. En esa ubicación , en un hotel normal habría pagado muuucho más,.

Foi uma estadia maravilhosa… ele eh todo antigo e parece que você eh levado a outra época. Quartos super limpinhos e muito organizados. Adoramos o atendimento também… tudo impecáveis … já estamos com sdd de lá! Hehehe Ah além de falar do cheirinho que o hotel tem! Maravilhoso ??????

We stayed at this place for 3 nights in April of 2023. We enjoyed every bit of it. The lady at the check in was super friendly and the check in was very easy. There’s no real breakfast on-site but there is plenty of coffee and sweets all day at the reception. There are lovely cafes nearby for breakfast. The location is great, just far enough out of the centre so it's not too busy, but only a few minutes walk to the main sights. The bed was very comfortable. The room was gorgeous with antique furniture and very clean. Bathroom spacious with many amenities. I highly recommend this place.

Best experience ever. Rooms were neat, clean environment and the Staff were the BEST. Very friendly staff and they go out of their way to make you very comfortable. From the front desk to housekeeping to restaurant staff (Leticia, Edwardo and Wander). I find the lady in charge of cleaning our room was super honesty (Evelyn). On about 3 occasions, we rushed out of the room leaving the safe open and everything was intact. I would definitely be coming back with my Familia. Highly Recommended.

This is a lovely B&B although they don’t serve breakfast! It is ideally located next to the Riccardi Medici Palace. A short walk to the Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore, the heart of Firenze and numerous restaurants. There is a nice, if expensive, restaurant/cafe for breakfast, La Ménagère, a few doors down or you can buy provisions in the well stocked Carrefour supermarket opposite the B&B. You can also use this as a reference for the location of the B&B, as a few reviews I had read had difficulty in finding the building. The room we had was large enough for 4 people. There is a/c and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. It’s quiet at night despite the bustling street to the front of the building. There are stairs up to the 2nd floor where the entrance is, no lift. It’s an old building. It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room, but that’s were the supermarket is useful. We had no issues with the guest house and Merley, the manager/receptionist was very nice. We would stay here again and recommend this B&B.
