Requiring more effort when cleaning the toilet.
The bathroom accessories need to be replaced.

Arrived late at night, when the front desk was already closed, but the self check in was previously instructed in a very simple way.
All good.

Great downtown location near Rome's Termini station and National Roman Museum, great view, fantastic breakfast, and wonderful friendly staff! Only minuses were occasional odors from the bathroom (probably from shower drain and ancient plumbing) and one night several homeless people congregated in the ground floor lobby and were making a mess: they did not end up being a danger, but it showed up a lack of security (guards).

La chambre était très propre et confortable.
Le personnel très prévenant et sympathique.
Petit déjeuner varié et les cappuccinos sont excellents !
Seule chose à observer : la première chose que l'on voit en arrivant dans le hall, menant à l'h?tel qui est au 4ème, ce sont des poubelles. Ce n'est pas très accueillant.

The room was clean. It was very plain no Thrills. Breakfast was truly a Continental menu. The staff was very nice and friendly. The location was walking distance from the train station. Over all it met my needs for a budget friendly trip.

Extremely courteous staff. They made the whole trip very enjoyable and were VERY helpful. Room was spotless. Quiet with windows closed - but had them open for fresh air as the aircon isn’t available in WINTER MONTHS ONLY and I was hot (coming from England and being generally too warm at night - my fault!) which made it a little noisy with traffic. That said, bed was so comfy. Lovely room. Spacious. Modern. Definitely going back.

F?r att vara i Italien var den v?ldigt stor och varierad! Br?d, olika p?l?gg, ostar, frukt, yoghurt, müsli och flingor, pannkakor, marmelad, nutella, ?gg, gr?nsaker och juice. Kaffe och croissant och diverse bakverk. V?ldigt trevligt!

Positivo: cafe da manh?, recep??o, ar condicionado, quarto pequeno mas atendeu as nossas necessidades, localiza??o, paragem de onibus na frente e estaco termini muito próxima.
Negativo: 21h ja nao havia água quente para o banho, barulho de misica do Pub na lateral do hotel, barulho da cozinha de manh? no preparativo do café.

Super handy to Roma Termini, close to shops; and easy to navigate the area. Only gripes were, the stairs maybe need some refurbishment (the elevator is perfectly operational and safe though, so not a big deal), and the entry area / lobby was empty and slightly confusing at first; I was worried I was in the wrong place for half a minute. But again, not a big deal. Great location and good rooms, great staff and service.

地方比较远离车站，上落要靠一部好细的升降机，只可以容纳一个人加两个行李喼。其中有一日无热水提供，用咗两三个钟先有番热水。酒店附近都几多嘢食选择。
