The room is spacious and cosy, they clean the room everyday. Staff are welcoming and helpful. They served fresh breakfast everyday. Highly recommended hotel to stay.

Um dos melhores hotéis que já me hospedei. Localiza??o perfeita, limpeza ótima, café da manh? maravilhoso, silêncio a noite, funcionários super respeitosos. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Breakfast was very good, with staff very willing to prepare a special cappuccino . Mattresses in room were good, but bathroom fan and bidet stopper didn’t work. Carpets in hall somewhat frayed. Location is great, very central to everything, but not noisy at night.

A beautiful spot on the water. Breakfast area was lovely. You could sit at the windows looking over the canal. Our room was very nice and staff kept it clean and fresh each day. Lovely big shower. Staff responded to concerns quickly. They were not able to fix our tv for us (but we didn't really spend time in the room anyway). Breakfast staff was friendly although the night time person at desk for key retrieval was not friendly and was always 'screening'. Also please ensure you have the city tax payment in cash on check out, as we were not allowed to add it to our bill and pay it on our card (although we did do that in Verona). The ATM in the hotel charged an exorbitant exchange rate for the cash payment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Gutes Hotel in toller Lage - mit Service Abstriche
Gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Sauber und ordentlich. Receptionistin (junge Dame) extrem unh?flich , unaufmerksam und die ganze Zeit nur am Handy. Frühstück mittelm??ig. Bedienung alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unbedingt Frühstück drau?en am Tisch celebrieren - kostet aber pro Tag 10€

Un hotel agradable y céntrico (con vistas al Gran Canal y a una calle de una parada del Vaporetto). Habitaciones grandes y cómodas. El único pero fue que tuvimos que pedir un cambio de habitación por necesitar camas separadas para mi y mi acompa?ante. Lo solicité previamente al correo del hotel pero parece que nadie lo leyó y tuvimos que compartir cama la primera noche ya que hasta el día siguiente no hubo habitaciones disponibles para el cambio. Aparte de eso el personal fue amable y atento y el resto de la estadía transcurrió sin problemas. Si vuelvo por Venecia es muy posible que repita. Gracias!
