Excellent food entertainment location we going back dec 27 to 30 this year,staff room food all recommended.free parking easy check in 5 mins walk to town i have been hundreds of hotels and price cleanliness and staff the best

We had a fabulous Weekend at this hotel. Room was lovely and spotless. Our breakfast was lovely, And the staff are amazing. We never used the lift but watching it was amusing. The chap on the front desk became Santa on Saturday morning and we all recieved a gift. It was so good that my husband and I have booked another 2 weekends with them. We cant wait. if i could give a lot more stars then I would.

A group of 14 of us ladies stayed for Tinsel and Turkey. The rooms were comfortable but needed updating. Had some issues with a leaking toilet and light hanging off the wall etc in room 104. The beds were also so high we had a problem getting on and off them but that wasn't the problem. After our first day and first meal 8 out of the 14 started having chronic diarrhea stomach cramps and wind issues. This was reported to the manager who insisted it couldn't be the hotel as they had a 5 star rating ?? and took no notice of this issue at all. The owner of the hotel was exactly the same too. So we've now reported this to the environment health department to have it investigated as we don't want other customers to suffer spending a lot if time on the toilet like we did spoiling our experience. However the staff we lovely and the location is fabulous close to everything.

Many thanks to the staff and management of The Four Oaks Hotel, Llandudno for a excellent four night stay at your hotel. Myself and my bride of 50 odd years really enjoyed our stay. The food morning and night was of great quality and a very good choice of both.The room was warm and cosy and the seaview was fantastic. The entertainment at night was very good. We hope to see you again in the future.

4 Oaks hotel was brilliant. We booked sew view en suite on 2nd floor. Food was excellent and was hot. The staff are really lovely. The manager makes sure everything is just so. Weather was so cold outdoors but hotel was lovely and warm. The lift is...well...lol Its an experience. Great.

Beds are really high, my elderly mother struggled to get into bed. Was told all the beds were the same size. Which I found out a day later by another resident that her bed was too low. Not very helpful at reception. Also man on reception was quite rude when I said my suitcase was still outside my room and had not been collected. To which he told me no one was available and I had to bring it down from 3rd floor myself. Nothing to do during the day if weather is bad. Had to vacate room at 10am and coach not picking up till 2pm no drinks available Rooms dated Would not return to this hotel

Returned after a short break at the Four Oaks, stayed several times now and once again a brilliant break. Staff helpful, food plentiful, entertainment good.

Amazing hotel, rooms good and clean, excellent food especially the porridge. Manager and staff very friendly. Provided extra pillows on request and nightly entertainment.

Excellent stay. Staff are friendly and easy going. Food was great. Room was large and beds comfortable. Hotel very clean exterior and interior. Fab location on sea front. Could not fault it.

A pleasant hotel if a little dated. Room was quite spacious and very clean. Just a little update wouldn't go amiss. Excellent location for sure. Limited parking at back of hotel. We didn't have breakfast or dinner at hotel due to the simple fact it seemed regimented and opening times..limited. example breakfast at 8.30 no flexibility and ditto dinner 18.00. I want freedom on a break and certainly dont want to have to order dinner at breakfast. like spontaneity. Other guests not seemingly bothered about that, but then many were of the older generation. Im no spring chicken either, but I do like freedom and flexibility
