非常有标准。房间设施齐全。很干净。停车费还算能接受。24小时40欧。周边也很方便。一应俱全。性价比也很好

The hotel is at a great location - close to the city center, close to shops and main streets with restaurants and bars, and at the same time close to the gondola cabin. The rooms are spacious and stylish, there is a nice balcony as well as coffee machine and tea. Every day they bring 2 bottles of water as a compliment. There is a nice spa and pool (outside and inside). Overall, the place is amazing for a holiday in the mountains!

We are very grateful to Janitsa for her immediate and professional attention at check-in. She was really sincere with our needs throughout our stay. A lot has been written about the air conditioning, but it has been improved and was available upon request. Most facilities in Bansko do not usually have air conditioning because winter is the main season, but this is one of the few hotels that has air conditioning and is comfortable even in the summer. The facilities have been renovated and the rooms are clean and modern. We planned to stay two nights, but are considering an additional night because of the staff and comfort. If you have an IT visa, you would be super happy if you could stay here long term.

This hotel is the best hotel in Bansko comparing to other 4 and 5 stars hotels. It is a prime Location with a short walk to the gondola and next to all the restaurants and historic sites of Bansko. Best service to the point that they even arranged a personal ride for me when all the taxis in Bansko were busy and not responding to phone calls (as Bansko has only one taxi company). Great breakfast, very attentive chef that we had a pleasure to talk to many times. Modern, freshly renovated rooms with comfortable beds and great Mountain View’s. Modern, upscale feeling lobby with great bartender. Bright, modern hallways. They arranged even laundry for us and personally dropped it off when we had issues with one of the off-site laundry places. They staff is very attentive, smiling and trying their best. We were very happy staying at this hotel as titaniums and would recommend this hotel to everyone that is looking for professionally run hotel in Bansko. I can’t wait for their kids club to be open, as that will be a cherry on the cake.

One of the greatest hotels i have ever stayed and for sure better than the old and neglected kempinski. Marriot once again made a jewelry. Super comfy and cozy room, clean with nice atmospheric scenery. Everybody is smiley and polite. Highly recommended.

酒店很新，干净整洁舒适的客房，位置优越，出门就是商业区，购物吃饭很方便。离缆车站300米左右，旁边有个很大的免费停车场。非常推荐。

The hotel was recently renovated, the lobby is nice with the stuff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good for a 4 star hotel and overall we enjoyed our stay.
