Had a great experience there with the friendly front desk. The doorman and bellman is also great. Overall I'll a 10/10 for a 4star hotel. 4 star hotel with a 5 star services.

A great hotel experience. Only issue was the lobby was not air-conditioned. Got bitten terribly by mosquitos when drinking at the hotel lounge.

I came in about 2.15pm and was told that my room was not ready by the reception. So I n hubby sit down and wait. After a while I checked again the same lady mention still not ready. Than came this Indian couple than after their registration they happily walk to the lift. I was a bit pissed off than I approached the front desk again and spoke to the same person . What is this going on ? I’ve waited about 40 minutes yet a new person walk in you just hand over their room keys just like that . She was stunned n don’t know wat to respond . After a while a got my key at 12th floor . I told her I wanna see yr duty manager . After I went to my room n my hubby just wanna landed to the bed I saw stain at the comforter. Which was not right . After 10 minutes the duty manager came and apologised and change is to another sane category of room at 9th floor . Another issue was they had hang TV inside the lift . My hubby hit the TV twice when entering the lift without realising coz the height is almost the same

Stayed at Four Points Sheraton Batam and overall had a pleasant experience. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and feel new. The twin beds are large and very comfortable. Location is convenient, right near clothing markets, though the front of the hotel could be tidier as the road median has quite a bit of rubbish.
Breakfast offers plenty of variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit drink corner—the dragon fruit and banana smoothie combo was excellent. However, the egg and noodle stations could improve in both cooking quality and speed of service. The porridge wasn’t really porridge, so that’s another area for improvement. Food refilling at the buffet also needs more consistency. On the bright side, staff across the hotel—from reception to housekeeping to the breakfast team—were all sweet, polite, and helpful.
Facilities are decent: the pool is a good size with a nice ambiance, and the gym, though small, serves its purpose. One odd moment was when I requested two extra pillows but only received one because the rest were “still in the laundry.”
Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, friendly service, and a good breakfast spread. With some fine-tuning in food service and small operational details, it could easily reach the next level.

Check in was a breeze by Tiurma. Room is good and clean. Choice of furniture in room is nice. The TV in room is not able to play any Netflix or connect to your handphone, which is disppointing. The shower hot water is really super hot so becareful to run the water first. Room seems newly renovated, so it's clean and nice. Double room has super single size bed which is a plus point. Staffs are very polite and friendly and smiley. The only Huge Down side was the breakfast. It is really unacceptable for a Sheraton group hotel to have that kind of brekfast. Fruits were mushy and not much choicea. The nasi lemak rice still tasted grainy. The bee hoon was spoilt and was slimy! Told the staff and they removed it. No choice of multigrain bread or sourdough. Though fresh juices were nice. All food item was prepared in really small portion placed in a small bowl inside the bain marie and was unappetizing. Though live station eggs and noodles was good.

Lokasi strategis, staff ramah. Secara keseluruhan Hotel sangat bersih, nyaman dan terawat walau bangunan sudah cukup lam. Menu sarapan sangat bervariatif. Worth for money ??

Mosque too nearby . Got awake at 4am & request for changing room but wasn’t allowed.

Location is near Harbour Bay terminal but the surroundings is just markets, nothing much to walk around the area. Breakfast was just alright, nothing too good to mention. Front office is very nice, they rmbr guests by name. Room size was ok too, just not too clean as I spot baby roaches in the toilet.
