I’ve stayed here many times, but unfortunately this visit was disappointing. The room felt rather run-down — the bedding and amenities were worn, the towels appeared yellowish, and one of the receptionists was noticeably impolite. Good thing was still many eateries near the hotel. Found a new noodles shop - Ah Kok sang yuk min which was ?nice.

My only choice whenever i have a business trip to KL. Hotel is clean, staffs are friendly, location strategic, near to restaurants, cafes, convenient marts, pharmacies, pubs and banks. Highly recommend for business travellers.

Overall the room was perfect and clean. Bed comfortable. Strategic location because surrounding have alot of choices of food. Will stay again in the future.

早餐还可以，就是靠近高速路会有噪音，吉隆坡摩托车还是比较多，服务整体还可以，周边也有很多店可以吃饭，还有小健身房，满足日常需求

挺好的，不错值得推荐。在国外有这样的酒店还是比较贴心放心安心的，相对而言，我们还是很满意，觉得大家选择。

酒店里麪正在装修，给人感觉有点乱乱的，酒店下面有部分商业和超市，总体来説还算是方便，前台没有中文服务，前去的宝子们要先做好攻略。

The room was clean but several issues made the stay disappointing: towels were worn and stained, cups weren’t properly cleaned. Despite being on the 8th floor, traffic noise was loud and persistent past midnight. These problems suggest a lack of attention to maintenance and guest comfort.

入住第二天早上，发现洗手盆旁边用的毛巾上有一个小黑点，仔细放大一看，发现是一只小蜘蛛。发现後我当即通过携程联系酒店方要求进行处理以及赔偿。出现这种小昆虫的情况，我认为是很难以被接受的。但酒店方收到携程反馈的投诉以後，并没有很积极的向携程进行反馈，最终给出的解决方案只是可以帮我调换房间以及马上安排人员打扫。我认为这种处理方案并没有诚意。由於我也要急着出门，所以并没有跟酒店过多的交涉，只是让他们按正常程序打扫房间。我当时特别的不满意，既不满意酒店房间出现这种情况，也不满意酒店的处理态度如此敷衍。但又隔了一天在我住的最後一个晚上，我收到了酒店给我发来的致歉信，表示送我第二天早上免费的早餐以及可以延迟退房，具体退房的时间由我来确定。这种补救措施，一定程度上体现了酒店解决问题的诚意，但是我仍然对酒店在第一时间处理该事情的响应速率态度以及结果不满意、不愉快的心情，所以我将该过程如实记录，供大家参考。?
