The room was very spacious, we stayed in the suite. The balcony door was jammed, and super hard to open, I had to ask my husband to open it each time. But other than that the room was cool. I was really bummed that the pool was closed because my kids were looking forward to going swimming. Overall, the beachfront view was gorgeous, the location of the hotel was perfect. I would vacation there again, as long as the pool is open.

Cleanliness and friendly staff I just don’t like the room we didn’t sleep well they put us on the front of elevator you can hear everyone talking

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The one thing that needs improving is the elevators. They respond slow and move slow, even when there’s not many people trying to use the elevators.

I had an excellent stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing oceanfront getaway. The location alone is worth it. The hotel sits right on the shoreline, and waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was absolute bliss. It’s the kind of spot where you can simply step outside and be on the beach within seconds. The customer service was very good throughout my stay. Staff were consistently polite, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth and welcoming, which made the entire experience that much more enjoyable. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and comfortable. My room was well maintained, the bed was incredibly cozy, and I slept like a rock every night, which says a lot, since I usually don’t sleep well in hotels. Everything felt fresh and well cared for, from the linens to the bathroom amenities. If I had to note one drawback, it would be the breakfast policy. For the price of the room, I expected a complimentary breakfast to be included, especially given how upscale the rest of the experience was. Instead, they offered 20% off breakfast for one day, which felt a bit underwhelming compared to the value of everything else. That said, it’s a small critique in an otherwise excellent stay. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and oceanfront view made it a rejuvenating and peaceful escape. I left feeling refreshed and would happily return. Hopefully next time with breakfast.

The staff was amazing. The room itself was average. The bathroom was very small and every towel I grabbed to use had hair wrapped up in them.

The beach view was excellent, but was unfortunately partially blocked by a decorative structure on our Level 2 balcony. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. On the downside, the hotel's common areas felt very dark. The wings we ordered with a 20% discount were average. However, the bartender was a standout: talkative, attentive, and a pleasure to chat with.

The staff was great! Good location. We had an issue with ants and there were a few things broken or falling apart in our room. The shower head leaked and water was not super hot. We had ants pretty bad. Told the staff I think maintenance came up but still had ants,

Die Zimmer sind sauber gewesen, das Bad würde eine Renovierung vertragen war aber alles sauber. Die Betten waren sehr gut und gemütlich. Die Aussicht ist einmal und das Restaurant im Hotel ist empfehlenswert! Ein Stern Abzug gibt es dafür, dass alles ziemlich alt erscheint/ist.
