Apartment 2 Fox on the Hoe was exactly as you see and read online - spacious, immaculate, well equipped kitchen and lovely view of the Hoe. We had a problem with the heating and water temperature one morning which was immediately remedied by a maintenance man sent round by the duty concierge. Suggest - some instructions for use of dishwasher, washing machine etc along with some recommendations for places to eat and places of interest. Have already recommended Fox on the Hoe to others. Lovely apartment. Clean and well equipped. Lovely views and great location. However DO NOT park on the road outside the property. We were told to leave our car there by the concierge. However having met the parking warden he told me these properties are serial offenders and the area outside the property is not owned by the apartments despite repeated warning to the management company!
just returned from Plymouth for a quick overnighter to sort out university placement for daughter. Stayed at the Fox on the Hoe. What a treat!. From the greeting we received at reception and the attention to detail showing us the facilities. Recently refurbished to an extremely high standard with all amenities for a self catering apartment on tap. Secure keypad entry to building and flat. Highly recommended !
The apartment is in a good location, right on the Hoe. Although that does mean noise. There is no A/C so you’re forced to choose between being hot at night or hearing road/people noise and screaming gulls all night with open windows. We booked this place partly because of the views, but our unit (#6) overlooked a back alley, not the Hoe/sea. The concierge was helpful, although it wasn’t truly 24 hour (we had to wait an hour for an additional bedding request). Lastly, and this all of the UK apparently, the “King” size bed is equivalent to a US Full/Queen.
The apartment was immaculate, fantastic location and someone was there to greet us and make sure everything was okay. Gorgeous apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Although our apartment was in the basement so didn't have any views, it did get plenty of light and was only a 10 - 15 minute walk from the harbour with sea views all the way.
I stay in Plymouth regularly on business.
This was the best accommodation from all aspects that I have stayed in. Rana was attentive and knowledgeable and the apartment had everything I needed.
Wonderful location as well.
