Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Rustige buurt, stil 's nachts. Eigen parking. Geen ontbijt maar wel een mooi lunchpakket met sandwiches naar keuze. Mooie, gerieflijke, ruime kamer en badkamer. Duidelijk een goed onderhouden huis, erg proper. Goede douche. Enige minpunt: klein, smal bed met dito dekbed. Dat is op zich nog niet zo erg maar wel jammer dat één van ons amper sliep omdat die omhoog gezwierd werd elke keer de ander zich omdraaide.

Bed very hard and uncomfortable.Room not the same as advertised in room details. Remember breakfast not incl- if you like “sandwiches “ then I suggest you book here .sandwiches left in hallway .I left my mirror behind- phoned many times and was ignored . July 22

An excellent stay! We booked all 3 rooms for a single night before travelling to France on Le Shuttle. The welcome, comfort and cleanliness were all exceptional and I couldn't give higher praise. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

We stopped one Saturday night so we could get an early tunnel crossing.The room was spotless with a separate toilet, huge shower,comfy bed and very quiet.It’s a bit like a self contained flat.This is definitely more Premier than the Premier we used to stop in.We had a good nights sleep and an amazing packed lunch waiting for us both in the morning.The packed lunch idea works really well as it’s included in the price we paid and as we are veggies we don’t really “do” breakfasts.We will definitely stay here again as it got our vacation off to a great start.It’s a 30 minute down hill walk to the harbour area which offers more than the town centre.

A very clean and ideally placed B&B to discover Folkestone. A friendly owner who made us very welcome. Quite room with with comfortable bed and en-suite. Tea and coffee making facilities in your room. A continental breakfast was included in the price. Off road parking. If your looking for good quality on a lower end budget then I can highly recommend a stay here.
