From reception to the room and breakfast, what can I say.. I wanted to stay for more days. Beautiful place ??

We especially enjoyed the breakfast with lovely fresh fruit.
Room was spacious with a great shower. We left early so missed out on our second breakfast however the staff supplied us with a packed breakfast which was a feast!!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a view in morning and loved the convenient location.

My family and I spent only one night at Francolin Lodge but we all can say that we had a wonderful stay! Family room was spacious, elegant and clean. We enjoyed a great breakfast and we also had a superior dinner in the Orange restaurant

Family rooms with only one Open bathroom, offers zero privacy. Finishes require some updating and the family rooms are extremely cold in the winter. Breakfast is underwhelming and finished items not topped up, we had

The guesthouse provided an excellent stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, complete with high-quality amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The small kitchen and well-stocked minibar added a convenient touch to the stay. Although two of the LED lights were not functioning, the overall experience was very positive and offered great value for money.
The nearby restaurant, Orange, offered an exceptional dining experience that seamlessly complemented our stay at the guesthouse. Renowned as one of the finest establishments in Mbombela, Orange impressed with its exquisite cuisine, attentive service, and inviting ambiance. Each dish was a delightful testament to culinary artistry, making our meal both memorable and satisfying. Without a doubt, Orange stands out as a culinary gem in the city, adding to the overall positive impression of our visit.

We (2 adults, 2 children (17, 13) were unfortunately only here for an overnight stay, but felt very comfortable. The facility is very well maintained, lovingly furnished, our room was clean and cozy. The food in the restaurant was superb. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room number 5, AC is very old, was not working, the fan upstairs was not working. Reception ladies need to be more welcoming, just not friendly at all it makes not feel welcoming. Only the lady at the breakfast area was nice, friendly and provided good service.
