A lovely boutique hotel. In a great location, 15-20 mins from station, 5 minute walk to the Arena. We had an economy room which was perfect. Clean and modern and air conditioning was great as it was extremely hot during our stay. Breakfast was plentiful....if I could suggest bread for toasting would have been nice especially seeing that there was a toaster. Carmelo on reception was extremely helpful and even made a tasty lemon cheesecake for breakfast. Thanks Gallery Rooms for making our stay all the more enjoyable.

Customer is Always Wrong at this Hotel
I was part of a group of 4 male friends staying over in Verona for one evening. We booked 2 x Twins but when we checked in, we had been given 2 x Doubles instead which was unacceptable. On returning to reception & showing the receptionist my booking stating 2 x twin rooms, she insisted it was an ******* problem & I was told there was nothing they could do as the cleaning staff had finished at 2PM!! She didn't even try to solve the problem. After 5-10 mins of arguing & telling her that I would cancel the bookings, she finally got on phone to a manager. It was agreed that the beds would be changed but not until after 8PM in the evening. I was hoping that was the end of the matter but upon returning late from evening meal. I was dismayed that the rooms hadn't been changed to twins. There were just 2 x single duvet covers (& no duvets). I complained again at reception and was told there was nothing they could do & I should complain to *******. In disgust, we went back to rooms & managed to re-arrange the furniture & separate the beds/mattresses somewhat. However, we ended up sleeping on loose sheets & empty single duvet covers - most uncomfortable.
The whole point of customer service is to try and solve customer problems and not just repeatedly argue it's not their fault. The two rooms cost €400+ and it's the worst customer experience I have ever had.
The one redeeming point was the morning receptionist who basically apologised for the whole sorry affair, but the damage was done

Ideal place for exploring Verona
Great location for a first-time stay in Verona. A short walk from the Arena and the city’s main attractions and only a 15-minute walk to the train station - yet the hotel was quietly hidden away down a side street.
The reception staff could not have been more helpful.

Hotel très bien situé, moderne et propre. Les chambres sont grandes et le produits de bain sont de qualité, le seule bémol, on entend les gens parler surtout les espagnoles Le petit déjeuné est de qualité, qualité et qualité, par contre les serveuses trop, trop froides, aucun sourire , aucun bonjour

Boa localiza??o, limpo e com um bom café da manh?
Localiza??o excelente, próximo à arena de Verona. Muito limpo e organizado. N?o possui estacionamento, mas dá pra deixa o carro em um estacionamento próximo. Nosso chuveiro estava com problemas, mas o restante foi tudo perfeito.

La table est peut être un peu petite pour poser les affaires
Déjeuner varié et délicieux
Personnel d'accueil pas toujours chaleureux, mais c'est le seul point négatif

Agréable chambre propre. Hotel Proche du centre-ville des principaux sites. Proche de grand parking où à l h?tel pour 25fr avec réservation . Petit déjeuner excellent dans un jolie cadre,mais la jeune fille qui faisait les cafe pas agréable, pas souriante elle posée nos café sur le comptoir sans nous dire que le client doit venir les cherché eux même donc café froid. 14.11.2024.
