I don't know where to start! From start to finish this was unreal! The facilities are amazing including outdoor Mountain View hot tub! To the lovely pods and snow globe style dens. The service provided by Ricci and Gonzalo was amazing! I was chauffeured to the park on W trek hike days and also to and from the restaurant. They can't do more to help and make you feel at home! All the food was divine and el brisket the restaurant was superb! Very much needed after a hard days hiking! In general this made my W trek unreal and the calm days before and after were perfectly spent in the hot tub or enjoying a hot chocolate from my Mountain View chalet!

I liked the domes, especially when it rained. The bed is good also nice shower. I like the view. You are on the top of the hill. It does need some attention/ from the owner. Unfortunately the hot spa did not work. WiFi is not the best. But at night you do not hear anything so you sleep well. Also the heating is good in the dome

Excelente especian muy bello el lugar, las personas que trabajan ahí muy amables, se forma un ambiente muy familiar, es grato, rico desayuno. Mi único consejo sería algo casi irrelevante a la experiencia que fue maravillosa, falta un poco de mantenimientos a ba?os y lava platos,, quizás es falla de las terminaciones.
