Проживание в целом оставило приятные впечатления. Обслуживание было на хорошем уровне: персонал вежливый, отзывчивый и старался помочь по всем вопросам. Территория и объекты отеля поддерживаются в порядке — всё выглядело аккуратно и ухоженно.
Номер соответствовал ожиданиям: чистый, комфортный, с регулярной уборкой. Ресторан оставил положительные впечатления — еда была вкусной, выбор блюд достаточно разнообразным, а подача аккуратной.
В целом отдых прошёл комфортно. Могу рекомендовать данный вариант проживания тем, кто ищет спокойный и приятный отдых.

AMAZING STAFF - they really make the experience. very professional and very fun. the rooms are clean, comfortable with air con, good showers and big beds. there is no noise from other rooms which is great. and the location is pretty good close to all shops and the city centre.

We were very happy with our stay here. Breakfast at the restaurant was incredible and the person in charge of the restaurant, Milosh, was a delight. Filtered water was available on every floor and in the lobby, the parking area was perfect, it was in a secure gated area, and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was large and comfortable.

Not only is this in a bustling busy street next to two bus stops that have cars revving their engines super loud every 5 mins or more, thus we hardly got any restful sleep during our stay, thus we found the hotel and service here to be subpar. Shower had very low water pressure and there were stains all over the carpet. Just overall feels dirty here. We had to keep going downstairs to reactivate our room cards since they stopped working, several times.. I’m not sure if they aren’t used to a longer stay but they didn’t share why this kept happening so this was definitely inconvenient.. We borrowed an iron and the next day some cleaning staff rudely woke us up at 7:30 AM on a Saturday, to ask for it back when they had other irons in the hotel… Not the best hotel, it is in a nice central location but we did not feel comfortable here and stayed here for almost a week.

Good for the budget trip, but leave some crumps of disappointment. No water upon arrival, kinda poor breakfast selection and slow refilling. Reception and restaurant staff was really friendly and helpful.
