So sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience. The remote works for all of the air conditioners and so you can turn them all on and off with the same remote. There are restrictions in Italy about the temperature they can be set to in an effort to conserve energy. If they are set too low in comparison to the temperature outside they will not work. Being in the city center of Florence, a UNESCO heritage site, many of the buildings are centuries old and do not have elevators. We offer check-in from 11 am to drop your bags and come back after the apartment has been properly cleaned. We can offer a late check out based on availability for an extra fee. There is high speed fibre optic wifi in the apartment. We normally leave small hotel sized soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms as a welcome starter pack.
