The staff were all attentive and friendly with great meals and selections of wines. Rooms were decent with good wifi connectivity. There was also a choice of two pools in the lovely grounds however both were very cloudy a temporary bulb I am sure

Beautiful property, well preserved and de orated, with amazing gardens, very nice location between nature reserves, very friendly staff.

Warm, friendly, staff caring and food more than excellent! We are a group of Swedes and Norwegians and we LOVE the place. Excursions very nice. Garden and pools wonderful. Forgot to mention the spa! Highly recommended! Lots of love to Jean and her lovely staff??????

OMG this place is just STUNNING!!!!!!! On arrival we were given a glass of apple juice and the reception staff were just so friendly and welcoming. We were then brought to our room which was beautiful. It had its own patio outside and the room had tea and coffee facilities plus a fridge. There is a lovely board walk to the water where you can sit and relax which we did. The swimming pools were gorgeous and in such a fab location with the view of the mountains. Dinner and breakfast was absolutely delicious. We went for the buffet for dinner ( there is a choice of à la carte). The choices in the buffet were amazing and food was sooo tasty. Breakfast was also buffet and again totally yummy. Staff are just absolutely lovely and always smiling / friendly. The only disappointment for us was, we only stayed here one night. ??. We would have loved to stay longer.

Ghost mountain Inn was an awesome experience. The rooms were very comfy and clean. The restaurant and bar were great. The staff were outstanding. The venue itself is picture perfect.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is amazing and always a wide variety when there is a Buffet. Rooms are clean and neat.

5 star for location, ambiance, room, food and service. Very comfortable and clean beds. Spacious bathroom, beautiful garden. Stunning lake.

What an amazing place. The service was exceptional, such friendly and helpful staff. The communal area has an old colonial feeling, beautiful gardens and very comfortable rooms. Great massage at the spa. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay more than 1 night as on an organised tour.

We spent four nights at GMI as part of our wedding anniversary celebrations touring South Africa. The hotel was pretty much empty, and Bea treated us to a room upgrade. We absolutely loved our suite. We ate à la carte on three nights and buffet from the braai one night. As occupancy was low, we ate in the smaller dining area. Breakfast and dinner was very good, with lots of choice. Jean ensured that all of our days were filled with activities and excursions. We had coffee together each morning where we organised our day. She is such a lovely lady. Our driver/guide was Patrick and he looked after us for two days. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We also spent a wonderful morning under the care of Nompilo in the spa. Thank you to Bea, Jean, Nompilo and Patrick for making our stay so special. Adrian & Nicky
