Called here one evening for food as we were late going out and it was near our accommodation. Wish we'd come before as the food was delicious + very reasonably priced. My husband had the Greek Salad + I had a Burger Wrap. Big portions + very tasty. Pity it was at the end of our holiday otherwise we'd have been back for more.

These family run studios are so so nice - we have been a few times now and cant wait to be back - they are spotless and all you want and within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants- there are always plenty of sunbeds and parking over the road if you hire a car - Vaso and her family are lovely she’s nearly always there to welcome you and there when you leave - Angelos runs the bar - what a guy - nothing is too much trouble- he will cook you anything and always with a smile on his face despite the long hours he works - best pool bar ever - Leda the cleaner does a great job too - love to you all ????

Our rooms were large enough and clean. The cleaner does a first class job. There was a 3rd bed in the room that blocked the use of the wardrobe and was there in place of any other storage item. There was 2 of us but we had no room for our stuff and had to live out of a suitcase. Had There been a 3rd person with us, then things would have been all over the floor. The rooms on the top floor were very small with tiny showers. I can't criticise the staff, they were pleasant and attentive. Angelo in the bar (ran separately) was fantastic and couldn't do enough for anyone. The resort itself is small and quiet (except for Cockerell crowing). It is a 10 to 15 minutes walk then very small. Just 1 street and not a lot to do there. The beach is wonderful and "No Name" bar was well worthy but all the prices are a little high. A very pleasant stay. Warm and friendly. Not much to do ar to see. Quiet and peaceful but not well suited for children.

I don't like writing negative reviews and always try to keep things in perspective and consider cost etc etc. I also take pride in researching places before I book. My wife and I both returned from this holiday feeling disappointed with this accommodation. The bad feeling started at check in. It was prompt and easy but we felt the charges of 60 euros for AC then 25 euros to use a very basic safe a bit over the top. We expected a charge but to be nearly 100 euros down before getting the key isnt a great start. The room itself was very small. We were on the top floor and there isn't a lift. We have an infant with a pushchair so this was very inconvenient. Back to the room, once unpacked you felt like you couldn't move and the room was a mess. We used our suitcases for bedside tables...The shower...literally can't move in there. The beds are rock hard, our backs were finished after a day or 2. Obviously, the accommodation is self-catering. Cooking materials are basic but because of the lack of space things just aren't possible. There isn't anywhere to sit and eat in the room anyway and the balcony barely fits a chair on it. We had issues with our AC which kept leaking water and flooding the room. Staff were generally attentive and helpful but we were not impressed with cleaning. I think this happens every 2 days but that is inconsistent which meant we had to ask for fresh towels. The pool area is as expected. Nice and quiet. You are on the main road though and there isn't a gate so be mindful if you have young children. The snack or food bar is great and is probably the best part of the hotel. All in all, we had a good holiday but spent most of it away from the complex. Alykes is lovely and is a 10 minute walk away. The beach is great! My advice would be to go to Alykes, but stay elsewhere.

We chose these apartments after reading others reviews that was our first mistake. The positives were the young check in lad was very friendly as was the owner vasso and that's it. The negatives room was very basic not very clean,cobwebs everywhere, cotton bud on floor etc. We found the bar man not very welcoming and the old English woman extremely rude, this was probably reflected on there being no atmosphere around the bar and probably the most boring place we've stayed and so we decided to spend our money elsewhere for the rest of our holiday. Aylkes is a beautiful destination and we would return in a heartbeat as everywhere else we visited was so warm and welcoming but definitely wouldn't return to this accommodation. Big shout out to the iris bar though the most welcoming place ever.

I have just returned from a 2 week stay at Giannis and can honestly say that it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay The complex and rooms were spotless and nothing was too much trouble from Angelo the bar manager and Vaso the complex manager.It was my wifes birthday during our stay and she was treated to a great party. Giannis is only a 10 minute walk form the centre of town and beach so vey central.If you are looking for a stay in Alykes give Giannis a try you wont be sorry

Just got back from Giannis studios ,we had an amazing stay ,all the staff are amazing very friendly and welcoming,The food at the hotel was top notch and very fairly priced .the hotel is a 5-10 min walk from the beach and centre .very peaceful and for 20 euro you can hire a moped and see the island and all it beauty .

We arrived quite late on Saturday night and manageress was there to greet us. We had a couple of minor issues with room but staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and nothing too much trouble. Icing on the cake was requesting a couple of wine glasses for room and they arrived along with a chilled complimentary bottle of wine to “refresh” the glasses. What a lovely gesture. Place is spotlessly clean and due to slightly older clientele at this time of year very chilled around the pool and no need to get up at crack of dawn to reserve beds etc. I can see already why they get frequent “returning” visitors given the warm and friendly welcome. This doesn’t profess to be a 5 star establishment and it isn’t but service has been 5 star up to now.

Booked a late deals here for 5 nights beginning of August, we was met on arrival by Stabri who was extremely welcoming and has us booked in and in the room within 10 minutes also met Vasso a couple of times who again was also very welcoming and always happy to chat ,, Angelo behind the bar runs it very well , doesn't seem to stop at all , food and drinks all very good , we also did the bbq night at €20 euro each and this didn't disappoint either , was very good and we went to bed absolutely stuffed , rooms are very basic but had everything we needed , only minor issue if we were to pick anything is how small the shower cubicle was but we managedso no biggee really , we didn't book the air-conditioning which I think is €60 euro for a week , being on the top floor we left the windows and the door open during the night which let in a lovely breeze ,, the fridge had a freezer section as well which we took a few cool packs with us so again very handy,, the walk to the main strip of Alykes is only around a nice 10 mins walk where you can find plenty of bars and places to eat ,, we found the beach to be very good also lovely sand , we just took towels to sit on , you can rent sun loungers at around €15 a pair but they dont let you take your own drinks ks you have to buy from there bar so we declined as we are more than happy to take a cool bag down with us and grab drinks on the way ,, already looking to come back here again , we really enjoyed a lovely week here with excellent weather 35+°c most days and staff all very polite and welcoming Rob and Laura room 22 August 7th 2025

Just come back from a week at Giannis Studios. Lovely apartments with amazing caring and helpful staff especially Vasso helped my friend and I with a situation and made our holiday amazing. Angelo worked hard up late with the food and the bar. Back again early next morning. Staff were amazing and very friendly. Most definitely would return to these apartments. Janet and Jeanette from UK
