Checking into the hotel was some what quick. Was not overly impressed with the room. Our door handle to the bathroom was partially hanging off, walls cracked and bathroom walls looked like they had mould in the corners, the door was insanely tricky to lock. Location was really good to where we needed to be but wouldn’t be our go to hotel again for ￡73.50 a night..

Ok Nothing special. Staff looked disinterested and not very knowledgeable on local area. Probably better places to stay locally and for less money. No life in the place wifh a bar that was closed.

Stayed in a double room for two days. No water bottle and no shampoo ,no toothpaste, no telephone /intercom were provided. Good clean room. Shower tap was broken, cannot adjust the temperature and cannot turn it off, very inconvenient. Because of this, hotel shifted me to another room, bigger room with Shampoo and Telephone Included!! Haha! Two TVs in new room but no remote control provided.
None of the amenities advertised on the website are true, no bars or breakfast available only a bar separately at the front of the hotel.

Staff were always friendly and helpful. Location is great close to the station. Decor is basic and dated but the bath was good with hot water. Would stay again if in town.
Very close to hull train station and the center of town. Decor is dated but functional. The bath was big and comfortable and filled up quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful and made the stay easy. Staff and location the highlight for me.
