This is my 2nd time visit into hotels I have good experience room and service and receptionist miss gracy ,Rupashi and kumsola very good I could like to visit again

Ground floor is renovated to give modern look. Rooms are old. Bathrooms are old and not clean. Buckets and mugs in the bathroom are dirty.

Toooo good and stuffs are friendly and they help us in everytime and also food is good and facilities are also good and everyone is happy

I am very satisfied with service standards of Ginger Agartala. Room and entire area is neat and clean. And the food is superb It's really tasty and finger licking. Front staff is very good especially Shubrajit, Runu and Rakhal from management is doing their best
