The rooms are big and clean. Washrooms are big, clean and maintained. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet options are limited but the quality of food is amazing. The restaurant is slightly understaffed but it does well anyway.

A truly brilliant hotel. The staff, the food and the room were beyond expectation, with every little detail taken care of very well.
Renuka at reception is an absolute superstar! I was upgraded and allowed to check in super-early, this after a long journey and enabled me to freshen up before going to Ellora. Once again, thank you Renuka - management, you have a real valuable asset in her!
