The location and atmosphere of this place are truly wonderful—peaceful, welcoming, and perfect for a memorable stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of the staff, who hosted us with genuine warmth and care. A special mention to Tenzing Norbu from the travel desk, who was absolutely amazing in helping us plan our trip in the most thoughtful and well-organized manner. His suggestions were spot-on, and his availability and responsiveness were incredible throughout. His team was equally kind, patient, and knowledgeable, making sightseeing a delightful experience as they showed us every place with utmost care and insight. I highly recommend this place, and for sightseeing or tour arrangements—both within and outside—do reach out to Tenzing. He is truly one of the best in town, offering seamless coordination, kindness, and helpfulness, beautifully reflecting our Indian value of “Athithi Devo Bhava.”

The experience was surreal, Tenzing Norbu from Ginger gangtok organised a memorable trip for us, be it cab/accommodation recommendations all of them turned out to be great, would definitely recommend this.

Very nice experience with good food and clean rooms. Mr Ujjwal and Ms **** from the restaurant was always very helpful and provided whatever was requested. Will highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gangtok.

The property is in one side of Gangtok, away from noise & congestion. It is a newly built property with all modern facilities. Food in their resto is good & tasty. Staffs are all cooperative. Overall, it was a very full filling experience. Thnaks, Saumendra

Stay was excellent. Very good property in affordable price. All stuffs, specially Chefs, Manager, reservation team was excellent in behaviour. Their hospitality was excellent. Food was too good. Highly recommended!
