Food and service by Mr Ashok Pragapati was very good. We stayed for 4 nights and everyday we were served by him diligently

Had a wonderful stay at Ginger Indore. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and truly pleasant. A special mention to Ashok from F&B, who managed our breakfast table with great warmth and efficiency — his service genuinely stood out. Kudos also to Prachi at the Front Desk, who patiently listened, responded promptly, and resolved every concern with a smile. Her professionalism and guest-first attitude made a big difference. Thank you, team Ginger Indore, for such a memorable experience. Keep up the great work! ???

Very Neat and Clean Rooms Staff also is very Cooperative Specially Reception Staff Shaifali and HK Dharmendra Very Humble and prompt on day to day support.

The property was very well maintained- clean and hygienic. The staff were welcoming and hospitable. Ram , Sushant and the team made the stay homely and great. The food was home ?? perfect. A great experience.

We stayed here for 04 nights and it was a really great experience. The preparation of breakfast and dinner was awesome and the staff including support staff Mr. Ashok and Mr. Sushant was very supportive and soft.

Staff is very courteous and polite. Service levels are also good, requests were actioned in no time. Bathroom had a foul sewage smell, almost unbearable.
Last night, there were frequent power trips, guest elevator was not working, had to climb 6 floors up and down.
Prachi, Yasmin ans other reception staff were fantastic.

I stayed at Ginger Indore and had a comfortable experience overall. The rooms were a little small, but they were neat and well-kept. The breakfast was very tasty with good options to choose from.
The hotel also provides smoking rooms, which can be convenient for those who need them. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, making the stay smooth and stress-free. The location is in a nice area, with easy access to the city.
Overall, it’s a good choice for a short and comfortable stay in Indore
