Just back from a lovely holiday at the Globales Santa Ponsa. As a family of five we booked this last minute holiday with Tui, staying at the Santa Ponsa Park Hotel. Hotel - we had two x twin rooms in the Santa Ponsa Park Hotel. Rooms are perfectly fine, extra bed for the little one was a squeeze, but doable. Very clean - both rooms and throughout the hotel. As we were there for the October half term the Santa Ponsa Park hotel itself was purely accommodation and by this morning when we left we probably were the last ones! For food and entertainment we were in the Pionero right next door. Food - For AI buffet, as you would expect, no complaints for the price we paid. We did however go out two evenings for a meal as we tend to opt for self catering or B&B. Only observation was the lack of much vegetables. Loads of salad etc, but barely any cooked veg. Also, and I guess it was to do with it being the last week of the season, but the choice of food reduced greatly during our week. Pool & Activities - basically the Santa Ponsa Park and Pionero share the same pool area. In total two pools plus a toddlers pool. Very clean and nice. The entertainment team were fab. We don't normally do any activities at these hotels, but this time we joined in - archery, petanque, water polo etc - all good fun. Bar does the usual AI drinks and there is a snack bar which is open pretty much all the time. Evening entertainment was the cheap and cheerful sort. Beach & Resort - fab beach, lovely golden soft sand and as it being a bay was pretty protected from any waves. Resort, hmm, not our usual type of place, but definitely lots of bars if that's what you like. Much of it was closed being the last week of the season, but enough was open. Overall - I do think there is some confusion looking at previous reviews for this group of three hotels. Santa Ponsa Park and Pionero are next door to each other, both 4* and seem the same in terms of decor and facilities. Playa Santa Ponsa is across the street, 3*, it was properly shut when we were there so cannot comment on inside, but our activities were all done over there and outside it looked fine. Shout out to all the staff, they work really hard and do a fantastic job!

Lovely hotel but we had an autistic 2 year old the only issue was it had a gate leading onto a road which people left open with no regard for young children which i spoke to 2 staff members about and was referred to the manager who was too busy to speak to me . Wouldn't return because of safety issues.

It’s our second visit How can you complain for the booking price Reading some folks reviews and completely slated Ok food basic but so in the middle of everything to eat out Yep there’s the sunbed races that start at 8 am So if your a insomniac like me your get a bed The hotel is clean and staff friendly A heads up don’t ask for a pool room view The rooms are tiny ! The beach is a tiny walk a way Shops near by and some fantastic restaurants For the money you spend on this holiday it’s a bloody cheap deal

It was a lovely hotel and lovely food. There was not enough space for sun beds around the pool area. Which cause a few arguments.

This is probably one of the cleanest places I have stayed. Family love it. Staff are the best I've ever experienced on a foreign holiday. They go out of the way to help you and make you feel welcome. From the cleaners to the restaurant and bar staff to the manager Luiz. The Host with the Most! ???????????????? Thank you for such a memorable Holiday.

The hotel is perfectly situated. Food was spot on everyday, plenty of choose for even the pickiest of eaters. Entertainment every night. Staff were always so happy and helpful. Rooms were always cleaned. Everything about our holiday was perfect. No problems at all

Hotel pulito, camere confortevoli e pulite quotidianamente. Aree comuni sempre pulite Cibo gustoso, forse più preferito da anglosassoni e trdeschi. Personale attento e gentile Posizione in santa ponca ottima: a 3min dalla spiaggia Molto consigliato

It’s not as bad as some might say Stayed in one of the two hotels The Santa ponsa park and it’s clean with friendly staff Ok you have to sunbed race that starts at 8am On your marks get set go !! Hotel close to shops McDonald’s Burger King The beach close with local tat shops selling rubbish we all love Food in the restaurant clean but luke warm There’s a microwave to reheat If your saucy enough ask to cook it yourself, food cheap enough to eat out I don’t drink so don’t know what the alcoholic drinks are like Over all it’s a nice hotel

Well, what a fantastic time we had. So clean, staff are so helpful and polite. The room was kept clean, could have done with a better view but overall was ok. Food was fabulous, good choices and extra all day with a food bar. Now, entertainment was second to none. Absolutely brilliant stay and we didn't want to leave. Hopefully, we will be back.

Acabamos de llegar con un viaje del Imserso y nuestra estancia ha sido estupenda. Buena ubicación, cerca de las playas, restaurantes, supermercados, y bien comunicado para visitar la isla. La comida rica, variada y el servicio muy bueno. El chef muy amable conmigo con respecto a mi intolerancia al gluten. Muy agradeciada ya que estuvo pendiente cada vez que le pregunté. La única pega que le pongo fue el colchón: muy viejo y de muelles. Pero me pareció que estaban cambiando algo del mobiliario. En definitiva, un buen hotel para pasar unas buenas vacaciones y visitar la isla.
