It's a quirky, colourful place, & I would have rated higher if they had not been nasty. Private rooms are spacious, clean, bathrooms are good too. They have a no food in the rooms policy. The day we reached & checked in, We ordered all the food from the property itself. & it was very mediocre. But edible. The next day, we got food packed with us, from traditional local cuisine restaurant. We had not imagined that plates, cutlery, glasses will not be available. I do understand that they cannot have infinite no. of utensils, & these need to be cleaned. However, the plates, glasses are semi-disposable, & we were ready to pay. However, the staff told us that only paper cups could be provided, at Rs 23 per cup. It was a very strange & problematic situation. At 9 pm, the entire town closes down, as it is a hill station, winding roads & no streetlights in the upper areas. & when it is possible to wash up the semi-disposable, then why will we bring in single-use plastics? This episode soured our entire experience.

Food is expensive & not good. No washing & not easy to go city centre. Worst desk. Fan was not working and not ready to hear our voices. Room is clean. Check out time is 10 am and not good. To be changed as 12 noon. Calm and good for hostellers. Restaurant is under construction

This place has a vibe. It is good. I didn't feel like I am away from home. It was my first ever solo trip and the places didn't make me feel I m away. It is easily accessible, near to the market, they have clean rooms and great common space.

Hostel still doesnt accept foreigners as they are still not yet approved to do so. It is not stated on the Agoda booking platform which I had used to place my booking. Really disappointing experience. For any foreigners wanting to atay here, please hold until further notice. Staff did provide wifi for me to search for further options.

My stay at GoStops was really good(so much that I extended my stay xD). The hostel is in a serene offbeat spot yet close to the town so you get to connect with nature while also having access to various amenities. The food is expensive, but it's similar most hostels I've been to. The property representatives Hari Krishna and Karan were super helpful, friendly and made sure that my stay was perfect!

Perfect, safe, spiritual and happy trip. Comfy beds and good staff. I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment. Met people from different cultures. There is a pet which is very friendly. Overall a peaceful experience

This is the best place in Coorg to stay if you are going with friends. The staff there are just so amazing. They helped with everything. Prashant bhaiya was one of the best staff there. He was really helpful. The rooms were super clean and everything was top notch. If I am ever visting coorg this is going to be my place.
