Dear Mary, thank you for sharing your impressions — we truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few details. Each of our rooms features a large mirror in the bathroom, designed to be practical and comfortable. As for mosquitoes, we’re lucky that in Torbole they are quite rare, which is why almost no hotels in the area use mosquito screens. Whenever a guest mentions it, we immediately provide an electric repellent device that effectively takes care of the issue. We’re sorry about the missing slippers — that was probably an oversight, and we would have been happy to bring them to your room right away if you had contacted the reception. All our rooms are equipped with several power outlets, including fast USB ports, both near the headboard and inside the wardrobe; they may simply not have been visible at first glance. Finally, we understand that the bathtub may not be essential for everyone. Many of our guests enjoy it for a relaxing bath after a day by the lake, but we also have room types without it — such as Mojo, Vibe and Harios — which may better suit your preferences.
