We Just back from the grand aquarium hotel I’m may it was the best holiday we have ever had. Everyone was amazing place was amazing eveyone bends over backwards for u . Love all the staff very lovely people sally was very friendly always asking how we were and hello every single day . the entertainment staff were brilliant all the restaurant guys also amazing I’ll defo be going back would recommend this to any one

I have spent many years in the travel industry so have an understanding of clients differing opinions with regards to what is expected from their holiday. I very rarely submit reviews but feel compelled on this occasion given the wonderful time my friend and I had. We returned from our 11night stay yesterday the 6th June. and throughout that time Saliye and her team excelled in ensuring we had the best possible holiday. We stayed in an annexe apartment 923 which was immaculate in every sense providing us with everything we needed if we decided to cater for ourselves which on the odd occasion we did. The main part of the hotel has a restaurant which we never visited so can’t comment personally however we spoke to guests who highly recommended the cuisine offered and said it was very good value. We opted to eat in the many varied restaurants in Iclemer which is approximately a 15 minute walk from the hotel. On our second day we booked a full treatment at the spa on Saliyr’s recommendation and I’m so very glad we did. It was excellent and worth every penny so a big thank you to the two wonderful members of staff who looked after us. My friend also took advantage of a pedicure and eyebrow threading and highly recommends both. As we didn’t partake in the daytime/evening activities there were some members of staff sadly we didn’t get to meet, however the staff we did meet from the lovely gentleman who was up at the crack of dawn cleaning the pool and surrounding area to the team of cleaning ladies who kept the apartments spotless to the reception staff, once again our heartfelt thanks for making sure our stay was the best it could possibly be. This hotel has recognised that customer service is key! Saliye your commitment to your clients is a breath of fresh air so on behalf of Helen and myself thank you, we will hopefully see you again! Finally I must address the issues which have been raised concerning Wifi and air conditioning. We opted not to purchase either and given we had mobile data we didn’t find it inconvenient. When we did connect to the WiFi we managed quite nicely by going onto our balcony which worked well. Air conditioning as has been mentioned is available at a cost however we found the fans we took with us were adequate and served their purpose. We did opt to hire a safe which cost us ￡15 for the duration of our holiday which we were more than happy to pay After such a wonderful holiday when we departed for the airport I realised I had left my lovely swimsuit drying in the sunshine next to the toilet facilities near the annexe pool. If by any chance it has found its way to lost property I would love to have it returned to me and would be most happy to pay the costs. Thank you all once again Grand Aquarium. Was our first visit so unsure of what to expect.. But all we can say is PERFECT, shown to our room albeit a little small it was spottles, the cleaners do a fantastic job, The food there is spot on ate there several times, 10/10 All the staff a very friendly and a good laugh, No problem with getting sunbeds which makes a change, Saliye runs a tight ship and iy works very well, Well done to all staff, we will be back 10/10 from us all, thankyou for making our family holiday GREAT ??
