La météo affreuse (pluie ininterrompue et brouillard) a possiblement joué un r?le mais si vous héritez d’une des trois chambres qui ne donnent pas sur le jardin on peut parler de publicité mensongère. Ces chambres sont sombres, humides et vieillottes. Heureusement le petit déjeuner est bon et relève le niveau. La vue doit par contre être magnifique par beau temps.

The location was great, and the view was superb, the room had all the facilities that we expected, although the view from the room was not very good, dinner and breakfast we had was superb, the bathrooms were clean, neat and tidy, and hot water was good. there was an outdoor pool and there was swing near the corner at the top of the mountain the hotel was built. It had a wonderful view over the other mountains. However, there was not much to do in the hotel, in my opinion, the hotel is better at staying just for the nights and exploring other places during day. After all, the stay was extremely superb, and I recommend you all to visit this hotel.

Bel boutique h?tel,récent,petit, avec 7 chambres au milieu de champs du thé.Un bel endroit soignée, tranquille,propre et reposant. Le cadre très sympathique,le personnel serviable et attentif. La cuisine saine, de très bonne qualitée et un de meilleur repas à Sri Lanka.La piscine est grandeJe reccommande cet h?tel pour les familles,couples et les amis.

Avevamo usufruito del servizio lavanderia, ci hanno chiesto 4000 rupie ( 12,50€), ci hanno restituito la roba il giorno dopo bagnata e non stirata ( e non odorava neanche) e pretendevano anche il pagamento della lavanderia. Mi hanno restituito anche uno zainetto ( che era solo bagnato totalmente sporco dietro con delle macchie bianche che non ho la minima idea di cosa fosse). Wi-Fi in esistente ( cosa non da poco dato che mi trovavo dall’altra parte del mondo). Mo riferivano continuamente:” 10 min e arriva”. Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel se necessitano questi servizi.

- Beautiful boutique hotel isolated from other properties. - Well-maintained road to reach the destination. The staff was helpful enough to change one of our rooms on request to have a better experience. - We got good room rates offered for BB basis for one suit and one triple room. - Suit rooms are spacious with all the amenities. Big bathroom. However not A/C. provided an industrial fan. given the climate this setup was acceptable. - Flat Screen TV to keep your kids entertained and occupied. - We ordered food/bites and meals for kids at an affordable rate. Portions are large and tasty. - They provided exceptional service keeping an eye on us and fulfilling all our major and minor requests till late. - We had the luxury of having a good time with friends and family with some music played till late night and dancing on our balcony. Memorable experience. - Staff is very nice and polite, respected all guests. The pool could be cleaned, however, served the purpose. Kids enjoyed. - Nice and large kids-friendly garden. - Breakfast was basic, however has covered all it required. - Special mention to Siva who managed and served us throughout and treated us exceptionally.

Beautiful property with large, amazing rooms and peaceful surroundings. The front garden, including the pool, is spacious, though the pool water can be quite cold—ideal for those who prefer cooler temperatures. The rooms are well-furnished, especially the Deluxe King Suite, which is exceptional. The jacuzzi could use an update, but everything else is great. Wi-Fi struggles in the rooms but works fine in common areas. The views of the garden from the rooms are stunning. Nearby tea plantations offer a unique experience, with friendly locals ready to show the tea-picking process. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious and plentiful. The staff is friendly and tries hard, though sometimes service can slow down, likely due to a lack of professional training. They accommodated our request for a late checkout after hiking Adams Peak, and even offered a late breakfast. The area's beauty is truly worth the visit.
